How to make Gado-Gado

1. The first think you need to do
is cut cabbage, potato, long
beans, lettuce, and cucumber

2. Boil separately the cabbage,
long beans, potato, and
beansprouts, then put aside.
And then leak through all the
vegetables

3. Pound the fried peanut into a fine
powder. Using the mortar and pastle,
crush the garlic, shrimp paste, chilles,
brown sugar, tamarind into a paste
adding a little salt


4. Add the water to desired
thickness

5. Squeeze the lemon into
souce

After finish all we should
prepare it to be serve

1. On a serving dish spread the
vegetables out put the cabbage
first, round the edge with lettuce.
Then put the cucumber slices on
top of the lettuce. In the centre put
the others vegetables, soya bean,
potato, garnish with the sliced egg.

2. Pour the sauce over all this,
and garnish with fried onion

and shrimp crackers
