Penulisan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Gambaran umum tentang
Perencanaan, Pelaksanaan, dan Evaluasi Kegiatan Marketing Public Relations PT.
Telkom Witel Jabar Timur Cirebon dalam Membangun Brand Image pada
Customer dalam menjalankan Kegiatan Marketing Public Relations Produk
Speedy. Metode pengamatan yang digunakan adalah melalui pendekatan
Deskriptif, yaitu teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan dengan Observasi,
Wawancara, dan Studi Kepustakaan
Hasil pengamatan, PT. Telkom Witel Jabar Timur Cirebon melakukan
perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi dalam Kegiatan Marketing Public
Relations salah satunya adalah produk Speedy agar para pelanggan memiliki
kemudahan dalam laporan gangguan, kemudahan mendapatkan informasi serta
kemudahan mendapatkan penambahan produk dan fitur-fitur baru dari PT.
Telkom, yang dimana dapat menguntungkan perusahaan dalam membangun
brand image pada customer.
Simpulan bahwa Kegiatan Marketing Public Relations sangat penting bagi

perusahaan dalam memberikan informasi, khususnya agar dapat menarik
perhatian pelanggan Speedy serta mendapatkan citra yang positif dimata publik.
Saran yang dapat disimpulkan yaitu mengoptimalkan seluruh karyawan untuk ikut
membantu memperkenalkan dan mempromosikan produk Speedy dimulai dari
lingkungan internal perusahaan sampai ke masyarakat serta meningkatkan kualitas
pelayanan terlebih dahulu agar pelanggan produk Speedy tidak akan merasa
kecewa dan akan mendapatkan citra positif bagi perusahaan.

This research aims to determine Overview of Planning, Implementation,
and Evaluation of Event Marketing and Public Relations of PT. Telkom Witels
East Cirebon in West Java Build Brand Image on Customer in performing
activities Speedy Product Marketing Public Relations. Observation method used

is descriptive approach, namely data collection techniques were done by
observation, interviews, and literature studies.
The observation, PT. Telkom Witels East Cirebon in West Java to do
planning, implementation, and evaluation of the activities Marketing Public
Relations is one of Speedy products so that customers have the ease of reporting
interference, access to information and ease of getting additional products and
new features of the PT. Telkom, which is where it can benefit the company in
building a brand image on customers.
conclusion that the Public Relations Event Marketing is very important for
the company to provide information, in particular in order to attract the attention
of customers Speedy and get a positive image in the eyes of the public.
Suggestions can be concluded that optimize all employees to participate in
helping to introduce and promote products Speedy start of the company's internal
environment to the community and improve the quality of customer service first so
that the Speedy product will not be disappointed and will get a positive image for
the company.
