ABSTRACT

UTeM Customer Feedback System (UCFS) is developed for Pusat Jaminan
Kualiti dan Akreditasi UTeM. It is responsible for managing feedbacks received from
UTeM staff and students as well as from the public. UCFS is the improved version of the
current e-aduan system used by PJKA and it is developed according to their requirement.
The admin of UCFS will only have to manage the system by monitoring PTJ who has not
responded to their feedback within 2 working days. They can view all feedbacks received
and print report. For PTJ, they will receive the feedback and will be able to respond to the
feedback before updating the status of the feedback. PTJ may also respond to customer s
feedback by using their e-mail or hand phone number. UTeM customer can check the
status of their feedback after 3 working days.
