Analysis of Hidrologi is the important step in development of water resource, because of output
of hidrologi in general will determine strategy direction development of resource irrigate by
comprehensif and smaller which this amount will determine dimension and also infrastructure
characteristic which needed. Problems that come out in system of expand state including
Indonesia is availibility of river stream data series which enough become separate problem, so
that solution must be done by transformation of variable climate become stream. Compared to
data collecting of debit, data collecting of daily rainfall generally far easier. For example to have
daily rainfall data which enough length, though daily debit data deret is short for example 3 year,
so daily data deret can be spanned as long as daily rainfall data deret. This matter can be gone
through by simulation using models of matematik.
This research purposed to know performance storey level model simple tank in determination of

parameter manually tank model and being based on algorithm of genetik in determination of
parameter by automatis, and also can explain comparison of performance storey level of
applying of genetik algoritma at reservoir of Lahor and reservoir of Selorejo.
Result of analysis from data charge reservoir of Lahor and reservoir of Selorejo indicate that data
charge annual perceived don't have good character because value of RMSE got too big that is for
the value of RMSE at Reservoir of Lahor for break even input data 1 annual from year 2005 got
4.104 m3 / second, year 2006 got 5.023m3 / second, year 2007 got 4.230 m3 / second and for
break even input data annual 3 year of RMSE obtained 5.0146 m3 / second, nor so far its result
with break even input data annual 1 year. While for the value of RMSE at reservoir of Selorejo
break even input data annual 1 year in the year 2005 got 4.614 m3 / second, year 2006 got 6.814
m3 / second, year 2007 got 6.165 m3 / second and for break even input data annual 3 year of
RMSE obtained 7.795 m3 / second. From result of the examination indicate that relation among
climate data series with inflow stream data or debit of perceived, charge result of unfavourable
predicted. Besides this research also prove Algorithm of Genetik good enough and suited for
applied to predict of debit to look for at reservoir of Lahor and reservoir of Selorejo. This Matter
can be seen from result of analysis of data charge reservoir of Lahor and reservoir of Selorejo
indicate that data charge annual amatan and 3 year have good character, because value of RMSE
model got smaller than manual model tank.
