ABSTRAKSI

“Faktor-faktor Yang Mempengaruhi Produktifitas Tenaga Kerja Buruh Kopi Pada
Perusahaan Perkebunan Daerah di Kecamatan Panti Kabupaten Jember”

Penelitian ini berjudul “ Faktor faktor yang mempengaruhi produktifitas
tenaga kerja buruh kopi pada perusahaan daerah perkebunan di Kecamatan Panti
Kabupaten Jember “ mempunyai tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pendidikan,
umur, curahan jam kerja dan lama kerja terhadap produktifitas tenaga kerja buruh
pada perusahaan daerah perkebunan di Kecamatan Panti Kabupaten Jember 2009.
Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis metode eksplanatori. Data dan informasi yang
diperlukan terdiri dari data primer yang diperoleh dari daftar pertanyaan yang telah
disiapkan.
Hasil pengujian secara serentak menunjukan bahwa faktor pendidikan, umur,
curahan jam kerja dan lama kerja berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap
produktifitas kerja. Dari hasil analisis juga diketahui bahwa faktor curahan jam kerja
merupakan faktor dominan yang mempengaruhi produktifitas tenaga kerja pada
perusahaan daerah perkebunan di Kecamatan Panti Kabupaten Jember.
Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa faktor pengaruh pendidikan,
umur, curahan jam kerja dan lama kerja berpengaruh terhadap produktifitas tenaga
kerja buruh kopi pada perusahaan daerah perkebunan di Kecamatan Panti Kabupaten
Jember.
