KESIMPULAN DAN SARAN
6.1.
Kesimpulan
Setelah melakukan proses estimasi dan analisis pada struktur Perkantoran
9 lantai, penulis dapat mengambil kesimpulan seperti yang tercantum di bawah
ini:
1.
Pelat lantai digunakan tebal 120 mm dan tebal pelat atap digunakan tebal
100 mm. Baik pelat atap maupun pelat lantai menggunakan 2 lapis tulangan
P10-200.
2.
Dalam perencanaan balok induk dan balok anak, digunakan 2 macam
dimensi yaitu:
a. Untuk lantai atap digunakan ukuran 200 mm × 450 mm (balok anak) dan
350 mm × 650 mm (balok induk).
b. Untuk lantai 1 sampai lantai 9 digunakan ukuran 250 mm × 500 mm
(balok anak) dan 400 mm × 750 mm (balok induk).
Balok–balok tersebut direncanakan dengan tulangan lentur dan geser yang
berbeda-beda. Besar luas tulangan dicari dengan membandingkan hasil
output ETABS dan perhitungan manual. Hasilnya, Luas tulangan hasil dari
perhitungan manual ternyata memenuhi dan tidak jauh berbeda dengan hasil
output ETABS.

Dalam perencanaan kolom, dimensi yang digunakan untuk kolom
semibasement dan lantai 1 sebesar 800 mm × 800 mm, dimensi yang

digunakan untuk kolom lantai 2 sampai lantai 3 sebesar 700 mm × 700 mm,
dimensi yang digunakan untuk kolom lantai 4 dan lantai 5 sebesar 600 mm
× 600 mm, dimensi yang digunakan untuk kolom lantai 6 sampai lantai 7
sebesar 500 mm × 500 mm, dimensi yang digunakan untuk kolom lantai 8
sampai lantai 9 sebesar 400 mm × 400 mm. Kolom - kolom tersebut
direncanakan dengan jumlah tulangan longitudinal dan transversal yang
berbeda - beda.

Perencanaan tangga dibagi menjadi 3 bagian yaitu perancangan pelat
bordes, perancangan pelat tangga dan perancangan balok bordes. Tebal pelat
direncanakan dengan tebal 120 mm dan balok bordes dengan ukuran 200
mm × 400 mm.
6.2.
Saran
Saran-saran yang dapat diberikan penulis dari hasil Tugas Akhir yang
disusun tercantum seperti di bawah ini.
1.
Sebelum perencanaan struktur sebaiknya dilakukan estimasi awal pada
dimensi elemen struktur, sehingga tidak terjadi penentuan elemen struktur
berulang-ulang.
2.
Untuk kemudahan dalam melaksanakan analisis struktur terutama dalam
pembuatan model struktur gedung akan lebih mudah jika memakai program
analisis struktur ETABS dan program-program bantu lainnya termasuk
dalam melakukan cek desain.

KESIMPULAN DAN SARAN
6.1.
Kesimpulan
Setelah melakukan proses estimasi dan analisis pada struktur Perkantoran
9 lantai, penulis dapat mengambil kesimpulan seperti yang tercantum di bawah
ini:
1.
Pelat lantai digunakan tebal 120 mm dan tebal pelat atap digunakan tebal
100 mm. Baik pelat atap maupun pelat lantai menggunakan 2 lapis tulangan
P10-200.
2.
Dalam perencanaan balok induk dan balok anak, digunakan 2 macam
dimensi yaitu:
a. Untuk lantai atap digunakan ukuran 200 mm × 450 mm (balok anak) dan
350 mm × 650 mm (balok induk).
b. Untuk lantai 1 sampai lantai 9 digunakan ukuran 250 mm × 500 mm
(balok anak) dan 400 mm × 750 mm (balok induk).
Balok–balok tersebut direncanakan dengan tulangan lentur dan geser yang
berbeda-beda. Besar luas tulangan dicari dengan membandingkan hasil
output ETABS dan perhitungan manual. Hasilnya, Luas tulangan hasil dari
perhitungan manual ternyata memenuhi dan tidak jauh berbeda dengan hasil
output ETABS.
3.
Dalam perencanaan kolom, dimensi yang digunakan untuk kolom
semibasement dan lantai 1 sebesar 800 mm × 800 mm, dimensi yang

digunakan untuk kolom lantai 2 sampai lantai 3 sebesar 700 mm × 700 mm,
dimensi yang digunakan untuk kolom lantai 4 dan lantai 5 sebesar 600 mm
× 600 mm, dimensi yang digunakan untuk kolom lantai 6 sampai lantai 7
sebesar 500 mm × 500 mm, dimensi yang digunakan untuk kolom lantai 8
sampai lantai 9 sebesar 400 mm × 400 mm. Kolom - kolom tersebut
direncanakan dengan jumlah tulangan longitudinal dan transversal yang
berbeda - beda.
4.
Perencanaan tangga dibagi menjadi 3 bagian yaitu perancangan pelat
bordes, perancangan pelat tangga dan perancangan balok bordes. Tebal pelat
direncanakan dengan tebal 120 mm dan balok bordes dengan ukuran 200
mm × 400 mm.
6.2.
Saran
Saran-saran yang dapat diberikan penulis dari hasil Tugas Akhir yang
disusun tercantum seperti di bawah ini.
1.
Sebelum perencanaan struktur sebaiknya dilakukan estimasi awal pada
dimensi elemen struktur, sehingga tidak terjadi penentuan elemen struktur
berulang-ulang.
2.
Untuk kemudahan dalam melaksanakan analisis struktur terutama dalam
pembuatan model struktur gedung akan lebih mudah jika memakai program
analisis struktur ETABS dan program-program bantu lainnya termasuk
dalam melakukan cek desain.
