KESIMPULAN DAN SARAN
Bab ini berisi kesimpulan yang didapatkan penulis setelah melakukan
penelitian perancangan aplikasi mobile konseling perkawinan pada Gereja katolik
di daerah Banteng Yogyakarta. Di dalam bab ini penulis terbuka terhadap saran
dari para pembaca dan peneliti di bidang aplikasi mobile. Keterbatasan dalam
perancangan dari aplikasi mobile konseling ini kiranya dapat menjadi bahan
masukan bagi pengembangan dan penelitian selanjutnya.
6.1 Kesimpulan
Dari proses penelitian yang dilakukan penulis mulai dari identifikasi kebutuhan
sampai dengan implementasi terdapat beberapa hal yang dapat penulis jadikan
kesimpulan.
1. Merancang sebuah aplikasi mobile konseling harus memperhatikan
kebutuhan informasi dan kebutuhan fungsionalitas sistem. Hal ini akan
menjadi dasar untuk merancang antarmuka dan fitur di dalam sistem.
2. Metode wireframe yang difokuskan untuk desain fisik antarmuka dapat
digabungkan dengan metode UCD proses yang berfokus pada desain
sistem non fisik. Metode wireframe memiliki performa yang baik untuk
merepresentasikan
kebutuhan
informasi
dan
kebutuhan
fungsionalitas.Dengan demikian diperoleh desain antarmuka yang mudah
digunakan (user friendly).

3. Sistem aplikasi mobile konseling perkawinan ini dapat membantu dan
memperlancar komunikasi antara pengguna aplikasi dengan konselor.
Aplikasi ini menjadi sistem yang sesuai dengan tujuan perancangannya
dan memenuhi kebutuhan peserta kursus persiapan perkawinan dalam
melakukan konseling melalui perangkat mobile device yang terhubung
dengan internet.
6.2 Saran
Saran yang dapat penulis sampaikan untuk penelitian selanjutnya yang sejenis
adalah pengembangan dan penyempurnaan aplikasi mobile konseling ini dengan
menambahkan fungsionalitas yang dapat memberikan nilai tambah. Dengan
demikian pengembangan aplikasi mobile dalam bidang konseling maupun bidang
yang lain ke depannya akan menunjang kelancaran pelayanan dalam Gereja
katolik bagi umat.
