ABSTRAKSI
Jaringan pelayanan air di Kota Bima belum begitu memadai, selain bergantung pada sumber air
yang telah dikelola oleh PDAM sebagian lagi masyarakat, terutama yang berada di daerah
pinggiran seperti di Ntobo, Nungga, Lampe dan Kumbe juga memanfaatkan sumber air tanah
yang berupa sumur dan sumur pompa. Demikian pula dalam penyediaan air bersih harus tetap
memperhatikan wilayah pinggiran dan luar perkotaan, karena terdapat beberapa wilayah yang
masih minim air bersih, seperti Desa Nitu dan sekitarnya. Perluasan jaringan terutama pada
kawasan-kawasan baru yang masih belum terlayani untuk menjaring konsumen lebih banyak.
Dari hasil perencanaan dan pengembangan dengan menggunakan software WaterNet pada tahun
akhir rencana 2018, debit yang harus terpenuhi untuk mencapai tingkat pelayanan 65 % sebesar
258 lt/dt kebutuhan puncak, dengan kebutuhan air perjiwa perhari adalah 130 lt/org/hr. Debit
sumber air yang digunakan ada dua yaitu sumber air Nungga dan sumber air Oi Si’i dengan
kapasitas pengambilan sebesar 152 liter/detik,ditambah debit 117 lt/dt dari sumur pompa hasil
analisis pada akhir tahun rencana sumber air yang digunakan cukup untuk memenuhi kebutuhan
air bersih di Kota Bima hingga tahun rencana.
Dari peta jaringan terdapat 62 pipa dan 54 node. Setelah dilakukan pengembangan jaringan ada
penambahan node menjadi 83 pipa dan 69 node distribusi di daerah layanan yang meliputi 3
Kecamatan.
Setelah perhitungan ini dilakukan penulis menyarankan pada pihak PDAM setempat agar bisa
merencanakan atau mencari alternatif sumber air baru karena dari sumber yang ada saat ini
masih dianggap kurang untuk kebutuhan tahun-tahun berikutnya. Dan dilihat dari jumlah
penduduk yang semakin tahun semakin meningkat mengakibatkan kebutuhan akan air bersih
juga semakin meningkat.
ABSTRACT
Water service network in the city of Bima is still inadequate, besides depend on the water source
which is manage by PDAM, some people, particularly those who lived in the peripheral area
such as Ntobo, Nungga, Lampe and Kumbe were also used groundwater in the form of
traditional well and modern well using pump. For water provision should also pay attention
toward the peripheral area and suburban, since there are several region still lack of water, such as
village of Nitu and its surroundings. Development of network particularly in new areas which
still out of service range can be used to obtain more consumers.
From the planning and development using WaterNet software in late planned year of 2018, debit
which is must fulfill to gain 65% service rate is 258 It/sec peak needs, with water per person per
day is 130 It/person/day. There are two water source debit used that is Nungga water source and
Oi Si'i water source with withdrawal capacity reaching 152 It/sec, added with 117 It/sec debit
from modern well. From the analysis of the end of planned year, water source being use is
enough to fulfill the need of water in Bima until the end of planned year.
From the network maps there are 62 pipes and 54 nodes. After network development there is
several additions and become 83 pipes and 69 nodes of distribution within the service area
composed of 3 kecamatan.
After the calculation is done, author would like to suggest toward the local PDAM so that they
can planned or seek out alternative for new water source since the current water source is still
consider inadequate to fulfill the needs of future years. And viewed from the amount of people
which is increasing every year has caused the need for water becoming larger.
