For complex data in WPS, the declaration of default and supported
formats is required (mandatory) by the DescribeProcess structure. The
specification demands that a declared default format has to be
repeated in the supported section. Some processes may not prefer a
particular format so the choice of the default format is arbitrary in
this case.
