Bu form, öğrencinin seminer dersine kayıtlı olduğu dönem sonuna kadar Enstitü’ye iletilmelidir. Eğer
program seminer dersi içermiyorsa tez çalışmasının başladığı dönem teslim edilmelidir. This form should
be submitted to the Institute by the end of the semester in which the student is enrolled in Seminar. If
the program does not include seminar course, this form should be submitted by the beginning of the
semester as the thesis study starts.
