KINERJA ADHI 6M17
Pencapaian kinerja ADHI hingga Juni 2017 telah sukses mencapai laba bersih sebesar Rp131,3 miliar,
meningkat 136,4% dibandingkan tahun sebelumnya yakni Rp55,5 miliar. Peningkatan laba bersih
tersebut didukung dari perolehan pendapatan usaha di Juni 2017 sebesar Rp5,2 triliun, meningkat
65,6% dibandingkan tahun sebelumnya yakni Rp3,1 triliun dan peningkatan laba kotor sebesar Rp598
miliar, meningkat 123,4% dibandingkan tahun sebelumnya yakni Rp267 miliar.
Dari perolehan pendapatan usaha ADHI sampai Juni 2017 yakni Rp5,2 triliun, masih didominasi oleh
lini bisnis konstruksi sebesar 61,4%, diikuti oleh Light Rail Transit (LRT) 27,9% Energi (EPC) sebesar
4,7%, Properti 4,2%, dan Industri 1,8%.

TARGET KINERJA ADHI 2017
Seiring dengan rencana peningkatan anggaran infrastruktur pemerintah di tahun 2017, ADHI
menyambut peluang tersebut dengan mencanangkan target perolehan kontrak baru di tahun 2017
sebesar Rp21,4 triliun, dimana lini bisnis konstruksi ditargetkan memberikan kontribusi sebesar 75,1%,
Energi (EPC) 11,3%, Properti 11,5% dan Industri sebesar 2,1%.
Dilihat dari sumber dana, rencana perolehan kontrak baru ADHI terdiri atas Pemerintah 38,7%,
BUMN/D 34,4% dan proyek swasta/lainnya sebesar 26,9%. Sedangkan dari tipe pekerjaan, target
perolehan kontrak baru tersebut berasal dari pekerjaan gedung 39,3%, Jalan dan Jembatan 12,3%,
Dermaga 4,0%, dan infrastruktur lainnya 44,4%.
Sementara total pendapatan usaha di tahun 2017 direncanakan sebesar Rp14,4 triliun yang diperoleh
dari lini bisnis konstruksi sebesar 81,4%, Properti 9,4%, EPC 7,0% serta dari kontribusi Industri sebesar
2,2%.
Laba bersih di tahun 2017 ditargetkan tercapai Rp505,6 miliar dengan kontribusi dari Induk
Perusahaan sebesar 47,4% dan anak perusahaan sebesar 52,6%. Optimisme ADHI sejalan dengan
rencana pertumbuhan pembangunan infrastruktur di Indonesia dengan meningkatnya anggaran
infrastruktur di tahun mendatang.

As of June 2017, ADHI succeeded to achieve Rp131.3 billion of net profit. The 6M17 net profit
increased by 136.4% YoY compared to Rp55.5 billion in June 2017 on the back of 65.6% YoY
increase in revenues to Rp5.2 trillion in 6M17 compared to Rp3.1 trillion in 6M16. It also

Total ADHI’s Revenues of Rp5.2 trillion in 6M17 is still dominated by Construction Business
(61.4%), followed by Light Rail Transit (LRT) (27.9%), Energy (EPC) (4.7%), Property (4.2%) and
Industry (1.8%).

Along with the increase of Government Infrastructure Budget in 2017, ADHI want to seize the
opportunity to boost its contract target in 2017 as much as Rp21.4 triliun (excluding LRT new

contract). Construction business line is targeted to give 75.1% contribution, Energy (EPC)
11.3%, Property 11.5%, and Industry 2.1%.
Based on source of fund, new contracts consist of Government (38.7%), State Owned
Enterprise (34.4%) and Private (26.9%). Meanwhile, based on type of work, new contract
consist of Buildings (39.3%), Road and Bridges (12.3%), Port (4.0%) and Other infrastructures
(44.4%).
Total revenues in 2017 is targeted to reach Rp14.4 triliun that acquired from construction
business lines (81.4%), Property (9.4%), Energy (EPC) (7.0%) and Industry (2.2%).
Net profit in 2017 is targeted to reach Rp505.6 billion with contribution from parent company

TARGET KINERJA ADHI 2017
Seiring dengan rencana peningkatan anggaran infrastruktur pemerintah di tahun 2017, ADHI
menyambut peluang tersebut dengan mencanangkan target perolehan kontrak baru di tahun 2017
sebesar Rp21,4 triliun, dimana lini bisnis konstruksi ditargetkan memberikan kontribusi sebesar 75,1%,
Energi (EPC) 11,3%, Properti 11,5% dan Industri sebesar 2,1%.
Dilihat dari sumber dana, rencana perolehan kontrak baru ADHI terdiri atas Pemerintah 38,7%,
BUMN/D 34,4% dan proyek swasta/lainnya sebesar 26,9%. Sedangkan dari tipe pekerjaan, target
perolehan kontrak baru tersebut berasal dari pekerjaan gedung 39,3%, Jalan dan Jembatan 12,3%,
Dermaga 4,0%, dan infrastruktur lainnya 44,4%.
Sementara total pendapatan usaha di tahun 2017 direncanakan sebesar Rp14,4 triliun yang diperoleh
dari lini bisnis konstruksi sebesar 81,4%, Properti 9,4%, EPC 7,0% serta dari kontribusi Industri sebesar
2,2%.
