HUBUNGAN ANTARA USIA, PARITAS, DAN RIWAYAT PENYAKIT IBU DENGAN KEJADIAN PREEKLAMPSIA DI RUMAH SAKIT UMUM DAERAH (RSUD) KABUPATEN SUMEDANG.
ABSTRAK
Preeklampsia merupakan salah satu penyebab kematian ibu tertinggi.
Sampai saat ini belum diketahui secara pasti mengenai etiologi preeklampsia,
tetapi ada beberapa faktor resiko yang diduga mempengaruhi preeklampsia
diantaranya usia, paritas, dan riwayat penyakit. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk
mengetahui hubungan antara usia, paritas, dan riwayat penyakit ibu dengan
kejadian preeklampsia di RSUD Kabupaten Sumedang.
Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif korelasional dengan desain
cross sectional dan dianalisis menggunakan uji chi square yang meliputi analisis
univariat dan analisis bivariat terhadap variabel usia, paritas, dan riwayat
penyakit. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 246 responden diambil dengan
teknik purposive sampling. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder yang
diperoleh dari rekam medik pasien dan dimasukkan dalam lembar observasi
berupa tabel checklist.
Hasil analisis bivariat dari 246 ibu hamil, variabel usia (p=0,021), variabel
paritas (p=0,004) dan variabel riwayat penyakit (p=0,029). Nilai p value dari
semua variabel menunjukkan kurang dari nilai alpha (a«=0,05), sehingga dapat
disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara usia, paritas, dan riwayat penyakit
ibu dengan kejadian preeklampsia.
Melalui penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi perhatian bagi tenaga
kesehatan untuk memberikan penyuluhan dan konseling terhadap ibu hamil, serta
melakukan screening penyakit untuk deteksi dini sehingga mengurangi
komplikasi kehamilan.

ABSTRACT
Preeclampsia is one of the leading causes of maternal mortality. Until
now, the etiology of preeclampsia is unknown, but there are several factors which
may influence the risk of preeclampsia namely age, parity, and history of disease.
This study aims to determine the relationship between maternal’s age, parity, and
history of disease with preeclampsia in RSUD Sumedang regency.
This research is a descriptive correlational research with cross-sectional
design and is analyzed by using chi square test including univariate analysis and
bivariate analysis of age, parity, and history of disease variables. The samples in
this study were 246 respondents taken by purposive sampling method. The data
used were secondary data obtained from medical records of patient and were put
on the form of observational checklist tables.
The results of bivariate analysis of 246 pregnant women are age variable
(p=0,021), parity variable (p=0,004) and history of disease variable (p=0,029). P
value of all variables is less than alpha (ad=0,05). So, it can be concluded that
there are relationship between maternal’s age, parity, and history of disease to
preeclampsia.
Based on this research, is expected to be a concern of health workers to
provide education and counseling to pregnant women, and screening for early
detection of disease, so that could reduce the complications of pregnancy.
