change:

The metadata associated with a WCS are not specifically fit for the
purpose of error propagation. They need to be profiled and extended to
have named roles to indicate the source error and the newly-introduced
error.

For the introduced error, a WCS may have different coverage
processing, see subclause 10.3.3. Depending on the implementation of
the WCS, the order of processing may result in introduction of
different errors. Depending on the user’s request, the processing
may differ and therefore, the resulted error is different. This
should be explicitly described in the output coverage.
