REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST
No. : 311/pr2p/unp/2013
The Government of Republic of Indonesia has received a financial assistance from the
Islamic Development Bank (IDB) toward the funding of the Reconstruction and Upgrading of
State University of Padang Project under Financing Agreement IND-155 and intends to
apply part of the proceeds of this financial assistance to eligible payments under the contract
for consultant services named:

The Bid Committee of the Reconstruction and Upgrading of State University of Padang
Project now invites eligible consulting firms to indicate their interest in providing the services.
Interested eligible consultants may register and obtain Short-Listing Documents from the Bid
Committee from February 21st, 2013 up to March 14th, 2013 on weekdays between
09.00am to 02.00pm Local Time at the following address:

Gedung Rektorat - Kampus UNP Jl. Prof. Dr. HAMKA Air Tawar
Padang 25131
Short-Listing Documents must be duly completed and returned to The Bid Committee at the
same address stated above, where they must be received before 02.00pm Local Time on
March 14th, 2013.
Registration has to be done by the Director of a firm or a representative appointed by the
firm whose name are listed in legal form of Establishment and should bring a power of
attorney signed by the Director, enclosed by ID card and photocopies of related firm
certificates (SIUP yang masih berlaku, Izin Praktek Kantor Akuntan Publik dari Menteri
Keuangan). All original documents should be shown.
Selected firms will be short-listed and subjected to IDB approval. Approved firms will be
invited to participate in the further bidding process.
