Analisa Respon Mekanik Speed Bump Paduan Bahan Concrete Foam Dan Polymeric Foam Diperkuat Serat Tandan Kosong Kelapa Sawit (TKKS) yang Dikenai Beban Impact Jatuh Bebas
ABSTRAK
Bentuk profil speed bump yang tidak sesuai dapat membahayakan
pengguna jalan yang melintas. Penelitian ini berfokus pada pembuatan profil
speed bump dari material concrete foam dan polymeric foam yang diperkuat serat
TKKS agar diperoleh desain stuktur speed bump yang lebih baik dan lebih aman
sesuai standar. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisa respon mekanik produk
speed bump polymeric foam diperkuat. Serat Tandan Kosong Kelapa Sawit
(TKKS) yang dikenai beban impak jatuh bebas. Manfaat penelitian ini untuk
memanfaatkan serta mengolah Tandan Kosong kelapa Sawit (TKKS) hasil pabrik
kelapa sawit agar dapat bernilai ekonamis. Metode yang dilakukan adalah metode
penelitian eksperimen. Data diperoleh melalaui pengujian impak jatuh bebas pada
speed bump dari bahan concrete foam dan polymeric foam. Pembuatan speed
bump menggunakan mortar; semen 26%, pasir=38%, air=28%. Lalu ditambahkan
bahan pengembang=5%. Bahan concrete dan rongga 1”,2” dan 3” inci diberi
matrik berupa serat TKKS=3%. Dimensi speed bump 200 × 400 × 150 mm.
Pembuatan polymeric foam menggunakan bahan; blowing agent=20%,
resin=60%, serat TKKS=10%, katalis=10%. Kesimpulan penelitian ini; dari uji
impak jatuh bebas terhadap speed bump yaitu, Pada ketinggian 2 m speed bump
datar concrete foam; spesimen satu F max= 132,398 N, dan Tegangan=0,066199
MPa Spesimen dua F max= 142,198N, dan Tegangan= 0,071099 MPa. Pada
ketinggian 2 m posisi speed bump datar rongga 1 inci; spesimen satu F max= 44,1
dan Tegangan = 0,02205 MPa. Spesimen dua F max= 51,94 N, dan Tegangan=
0,02597 MPa. Pada ketinggian 2 m posisi speed bump datar rongga 2 inci
spesimen satu F max= 20,58 N, dan Tegangan=0,01029 MPa. Spesimen dua F
max= 19,6 N, dan Tegangan= 0,0098 MPa. Pada ketinggian 2 m posisi speed
bump datar rongga 3 inci spesimen satu F max= 97,188 N, dan Tegangan
0,048559 MPa. Spesimen dua F max= 88,2 N, dan Tegangan 0,0441 MPa. Dari
pengujian impak jatuh bebas concrete foam dan rongga 1”,2” dan 3” inci terjadi
keretakan.

Profile shapes speed bump that does not comply could endanger road users
passing. Thisstudy focuses on profiling speed bump of foam concrete material and
polymeric foam-fiber reinforced TKKS order to obtain a speed bump structure
design better and safer standard. The purpose of this study was to analyze the
mechanical response speed bump polymeric foam products strengthened. Fiber
Oil Palm Empty Fruit Bunch (EFB) is subjected to impact loads in free fall. The
benefits of this research to utilize and process the palm oil Empty Fruit Bunch
(EFB) results of palm oil mill to be worth ekonamis. The method used is the
method of experimental research. Data obtained melalaui impact testing on a free
fall speed bump of foam concrete materials and polymeric foam. Making speed
bump using a mortar; 26% of cement, sand = 38%, water 28%. Then added
material developers = 5%. Concrete materials and cavity 1 ", 2" and 3 "inch by
matrix in the form of fibers EFB = 3%. Speed bump dimensions 200 × 400 × 150
mm. Making use of polymeric foam materials; blowing agent = 20% = 60% resin,
fiber TKKS = 10%, catalyst = 10%. The conclusion of this study; of free fall
impact test against a speed bump that is, At a height of 2 m flat speed bump foam
concrete; specimens of the F max = 132.398 N, and Voltage = 0,066199 MPa
Specimen two F max = 142,198N, and Voltage = 0.071099 MPa. At a height of 2
m flat speed bump position of the 1 inch; specimens of the F max = 44.1 and
Voltage = 0,02205, specimen two F max = 51,94 N, and Voltage = 0,02597 MPa.
At a height of 2 m position flat speed bump cavity 2 inch specimen of the F max =
20.58 N, and Voltage = 0,01029 MPa. Specimens two F max = 19.6 N, and
Voltage = 0.0098 MPa. At a height of 2 m position flat speed bump cavity 3 inch
specimen of the F max = 97.188 N, and Voltage 0.048559 MPa. Specimens two F
max = 88.2 N, and Voltage 0.0441 MPa. Impact testing of foam concrete free fall
and the 1 ", 2" and 3 "inch cracks occur.
