PERBANDINGAN KINERJA GURU PENDIDIKAN JASMANI SEKOLAH
MENENGAH PERTAMA NEGERI UNGGULAN DAN
NON UNGGULAN KOTA CIMAHI

ABSTRAK
Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat perbedaan antara kinerja
guru pendidikan jasmani di SMPN unggulan dan SMPN non unggulan di Kota
Cimahi.Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ialah metode penelitian
deskriptif-komparatif, sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah enam orang dari
enam sekolah SMPN (tiga SMPN unggulan dan tiga SMPN non unggulan).Teknik
pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini diambil dengan melihat passing grade
sekolah, dari data yang didapat diambil tiga sekolah teratas yang menjadi
unggulan: SMPN 1, SMPN 2, SMPN 3 dan tiga sekolah terbawah yang menjadi
non unggulan: SMPN 7, SMPN 10, SMPN 11.Teknik pengumpulan data yang
digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner/angket untuk mengetahui
kinerja guru di sekolah unggulan dan non unggulan. Hasil penelitian dengan
menggunakan kategori penilaian kinerja bahwa kinerja guru penjas SMPN
unggulan memperoleh rata-rata 381 atau 88,25% (baik sekali) untuk guru SMPN
non unggulan memperoleh skor rata-rata 335 atau 77,5% (baik).Kesimpulan dari
penelitian ini ialah adanya perbedaan kinerja guru pendidikan jasmani antara
SMPN unggulan dan non unggulan, dimana kinerja guru SMPN unggulan lebih
baik dibandingkan kinerja guru SMPN non unggulan di Kota cimahi.

ABSTRACT
The purpose of this study to determine whether there is a difference between the
performance of a physical education teacher at SMP superior and SMP non-superior in
Cimahi. The method used in this study was descriptive-comparative research method, the
sample in this study of six people from six schools SMP (SMP three superior and nonsuperior three SMP). Technique of sampling in this study were taken to see the passing
grade school, from the data obtained taken three top superior school: SMP 1, 2 SMP,
SMP 3 and three schools being non superior bottom: 7 SMP, SMP 10, SMP 11. technique
of data collection used in this study using a questionnaire / questionnaire to determine the
performance teachers in schools superior and non-superior. Results of studies using
performance assessment categories that teachers penjas SMP performance superior an
average gain 381 or 88.25% (excellent) for SMP teachers non superior obtain an average
score of 335 or 77.5% (good). Conclusion of the study this is the there difference in
performance between Junior High School physical education superior teacher and nonsuperior , where Junior High School teacher superior performance is better than SMP
performance teacher non superior in the Cimahi City.
