ABSTRAK
Pengaruh Sikap Kewirausahaan dan Efikasi Diri terhadap Intensi Berwirausaha
Mahasiswa (Survey pada Mahasiswa Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia). Oleh
Reni Risnawati (1104537) di bawah bimbingan Dr. Kusnendi, M.S.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh sikap kewirausahaan dan
efikasi diri terhadap intensi berwirausaha mahasiswa. Metode penelitian yang
digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode survey eksplanatori dengan
menggunakan kuesioner penelitian sebagai alat pengumpul data. Objek sasaran
dalam penelitian ini yaitu seluruh mahasiswa Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia
(UPI) yang terdiri dari angkatan 2011,2012,2013 dan 2014 dengan total populasi
sebanyak 18.262 mahasiswa. Dalam penelitian ini pengambilan sampel
menggunakan teknik proportional Stratified Random Sampling sehingga
diperoleh sampel sebanyak 392 mahasiswa. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan
yaitu regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sikap
kewirausahaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap intensi berwirausaha
mahasiswa, efikasi diri berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap intensi
berwirausaha mahasiswa.

The goal of this research to knows influence Entrepreneurial Attitude and Self
Efficacy towards Entrepreneurship Intention of Students. This research used
eksplanatori survey methods with questionnary research as data collection tools.
Object in this research is all of students at Indonesian University of Education
such class of 2011,2012,2013, and 2014 with a total population of 18.262.
Sampling in this research used proportional Stratified Random Sampling
technical so got the samples are 392 students. Data analysis technic used is
multiple linear regression. The result shows that Entrepreneurial Attitude had
positive influence and significantly to the Entrepreneurship Intention of students,
Self Efficacy had positive influence and significantly to the Entrepreneurship
Intention of students.
