The next version of the WMS specification (version 2.0) will contain
XML formats of its operations. There is no longer a need for the SLD
Profile of WMS to define its own XML encoding of GetMap.

Reformulate section 9.2.3 and let it point to the new WMS
specification. This implies that the new version of WMS will also
become the base specification of the SLD profile.
