Enable code generation without adaptation such as a binding files in Java XML Binding (JAXB).

Summary of *
change:

Currently, binding files are required to enable code Java code
generation. The need for such binding file arises from the fact that
some elements within GML only differ in the way they use capitals.
Examples include:
* elipsoid and Elipsoid (datums.xsd)
* cartisianCS and CartesianCS (coordinateReferenceSystems.xsd)
