PENGADAAN ALAT LABORATORIUM

Pada hari ini, Selasa tanggal tujuh Bulan Juni tahun dua ribu sebelas, Kami Panitia Pengadaan Barang dan Jasa Balai POM di Serang tahun Anggaran 2011
yang dibentuk berdasarkan Surat Keputusan Kepala Balai Pom di Serang Nomor HK.04.92.04.11.0650 tanggal 4 April 2011, telah melakukan addendum
pada Dokumen Pengadaan.
Adapun perubahan dokumen terdapat pada BAB XII , mengenai spesifikasi teknis terhadap 7 (tujuh) alat alat laboratorium, yaitu:
