The symbol of Lebak regency is framed in
shield. It symbolyzes properties and firmness
against all challenges. There are some symbols
inside with a motto on ribbon "IMAN, AMAN,
UMAN, AMIN”.

Benteng atau Perisai tanda kekayaan dan
keteguhan sanggup menghadapi
segala
rintangan dan tantangan. Didalamnya terdapat
gambar unsur-unsur lambang, serta didesain
pita warna merah dengan tulisan "IMAN AMAN
UMAN AMIN".

Yellow is meant gold. It is denotatively the
symbol of Lebak . One of the areas, Cik otok
District, is one of the big golden mine in
Indonesia. Moreover, the colour is conotatively
mean golden era for lebak in its history of
Indonesian Independence war.

Lebak people is a religious community. The
majority of the population practice Islam as the
biggest religion in the area. However they live
side by side with other religions followers. White
dome of mosque in the shield, therefore, is
meant as the community’s behaviour of peace
