Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar Pengaruh
Pengendalian Internal Barang Milik Daerah Terhadap Efektifitas Pengelolaan
Barang Milik Daerah. Penelitian ini terdiri dari variabel independen, yaitu
Pengendalian Internal Barang Milik Daerah, dan variabel dependen, yaitu
Efektifitas Pengelolaan Barang Milik Daerah. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada
Satuan Kerja Perangkat Daerah Pemerintah Kota Bandung.

Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian
Deskriptif. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah Proportionate Stratified
Random Sampling. Hipotesis yang diajukan dalam penelitian ini adalah “Terdapat
Pengaruh positif antara pengendalian Internal Barang Milik Daerah dengan
Efektifitas pengelolaan Barang Milik Daerah. Hipotesis ini diuji dengan
menggunakan analisis statistik korelasi Spearman Rank, sedangkan koefisien
determinasi digunakan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh tersebut.
Dari hasil pengujian hipotesis, diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa Pengendalian
Internal Barang Milik Daerah mempunyai pengaruh terhadap Efektifitas
Pengelolaan Barang Milik Daerah dengan nilai koefisien determinasi 10,9%, yang
artinya 10,9% Efektifitas Pengelolaan Barang Milik Daerah dipengaruhi oleh
Pengendalian Internal Barang Milik Daerah, dan sisanya 89,1 dipengaruhi oleh
faktor lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.

This study aims to determine how much the Internal Control Effect of
Regional Property Against Regional Property Management Effectiveness. This
study consists of the independent variables, namely the Internal Control Regional
Property, and the dependent variable, namely the Regional Property Management
Effectiveness. This research was conducted at the regional work units
Government of Bandung.
The method used in this research is descriptive research method. The
sampling technique used is Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling. The
hypothesis of this study is "There is a positive effect of internal control by the

Regional Property Regional Property management effectiveness. This hypothesis
was tested using Spearman Rank correlation statistical analysis, while the
coefficient of determination is used to determine how much influence it.
From the results of hypothesis testing, we concluded that the Internal
Control Regional Property has an influence on Regional Property Management
Effectiveness with determination coefficient of 10.9%, which means that 10.9%

examined in this study.
