ASEAN Qualifications Reference Framework
(AQRF)
AQRF is a common reference framework that compares education qualifications
across ASEAN Member States (AMS) and invites voluntary engagement.

AQRF was endorsed by:

 ASEAN Economic Ministers (AEM) in August 2014;
 ASEAN Education Ministers (ASED) in September 2014;
 ASEAN Labour Ministers (ALMM) (ad-ref in May 2015)

ALMM and ASED in May 2016, and AEM in August 2016.

referencing report(s) submitted by participating AMS
 the AQRF Committee comprises 10
representatives (i.e. one from each AMS)

Latest Status:
 NQF Phase IV (2016-2018) is supported by AECSP
to implement “referencing NQF to AQRF”
