ABSTRACT

Babalan villages in Pati Regency Village Fund Budget data processing still
using manual processes. Using notes – manual records which can cause problems in
terms of delivery of such information. Regarding the management of village fund
budget will be embodied into the E-Government web.Selama based system
development, the stages is carried out by analyzing the old system, then design a new
system. Making the grooves process with UML diagrams, using the programming
language PHP with MySQL database, data input and user interface for the
application. The conclusion from this whole process is expected with the new system
is able to facilitate village employee or officer of the Village Fund budget
management in the work. Ultimately expected in the management of the Villa ge Fund
Budget can be both appropriate computerized accounting standards and more
transparency to the public.
Keywords: budget management of village funds, web-based e-government.

ABSTRAK

Desa Babalan Kabupaten Pati dalam pengelolaan data Anggaran Dana Desa
masih menggunakan proses secara manual. Menggunakan catatan – catatan manual
yang mana dapat menimbulkan masalah dalam hal penyampaian informasi tersebut.
Mengenai pengelolaan anggaran dana desa tersebut akan diwujudkan kedalam EGoverment berbasis web.Selama pengembangan sistem, tahapan-tahapan yang
dilakukan adalah dengan menganalisa sistem lama, kemudian merancang sistem
baru. Pembuatan alur-alur proses dengan diagram UML, menggunakan bahasa
pemrograman PHP dengan database MySql, input data dan antarmuka untuk
pengguna aplikasi. Kesimpulan dari keseluruhan proses ini diharapkan dengan
adanya sistem baru mampu memudahkan pegawai desa atau petugas pengelolaan
Anggaran Dana Desa dalam bekerja. Pada akhirnya diharapkan dalam pengelolaan
Anggaran Dana Desa dapat terkomputerisasi dengan baik sesuai standar akuntansi
keuangan dan lebih transparasi kepada masyarakat.

penulis mampu menyelesaikan penyusunan skripsi ini dengan judul “ E-Goverment
Pengelolaan Anggaran Dana Desa Berbasis WEB di Desa Babalan Kabupaten Pati”.
Skripsi ini disusun guna melengkapi salah satu persyaratan untuk memperoleh Gelar
Kesarjanaan Progam Studi Teknik Informatika Fakultas Teknik Universitas Muria
