ABSTRAK
RELEVANSI MATERI AJAR PAI DALAM BUKU AJAR PAI DENGAN
KURIKULUM 2013

Penelitian ini mengungkap sejauh mana materi yang terdapat dalam buku ajar
penerbit Kemendikbud dan penerbit Erlangga memiliki keterkaitan materi atau
relevan dengan kurikulum PAI 2013. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui
ruang lingkup materi ajar yang terdapat di dalam kurikulum PAI 2013, ruang
lingkup materi ajar yang terdapat dalam buku ajar penerbit Kemendikbud dan
buku ajar penerbit Erlangga dan relevansi materi ajar dalam buku ajar penerbit
Kemendikbud dan buku ajar penerbit Erlangga dengan kurikulum 2013. Teori
yang digunakan dalam penelitian tersebut adalah teori tentang buku ajar, PAI di
sekolah dan konsep dasar dari kurikulum PAI 2013. Penelitian ini menggunakan
penelitian kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Secara kualitatif dimaksudkan
untuk dapat menganalisis dan menginterpretasikan data yang diperoleh melalui
instrumen penilaian relevansi yang terdiri dari 34 item dan studi dokumentasi.
Sedangkan secara deskriptif dimaksudkan untuk menggambarkan secara
sistematis fakta dan kejadian yang sedang diteliti. Hasil pengukuran relevansi
materi dalam buku ajar penerbit Kemendikbud yaitu 89% relevan dengan
kurikulum. Sedangkan hasil pengukuran relevansi materi dalam buku ajar penerbit
Erlangga memperoleh persentase yang lebih rendah yaitu 85% relevan dengan
kurikulum.

This study revealed about how far the relevance between the Religion Education
teaching material which contain in the textbook published by Ministry of Culture
and Education Republic of Indonesia (Kemendikbud) and the textbook published
by Erlangga publisher with the Curriculum of 2013. This study aimed to know the
scope of teaching material which contain in the Curriculum of 2013, the scope of
religion education (PAI) teaching material in the textbook published by Ministry
of Culture and Education Republic of Indonesia and textbook published by
Erlangga publisher based on Curriculum of 2013. Theory that used in this study
is theory about teaching material textbook, Religion Education in the school and
basic concept of Religion Education based on Curriculum of 2013. This study
used a qualitative research design with descriptive method. Qualitative research
design aimed to analyze and interpret the data which was obtained through
instrument of relevance judgement that is contain of 34 items and based on
documentation research. While, descriptive method aimed to draw the facts and
the events systematically. The result showed that the teaching material which
published by Ministry of Culture and Education Republic of Indonesia had the
total percentage 89% relevant with the curriculum of 2013. On the other hand, the
learning material which published by Erlangga publisher had the lower
precentage, it was 85% relevant with the curriculum of 2013.
