During my working experinces as a research assistant in Cancer Chemoprevention Research Center, I’ve conducted a lot of cancer researches in developing a chemopreventive agent from natural compounds. These researches including in silico and in vitro research. In silico researches including molecular docking of natural compounds to receptor using HyperChem and ArgusLab programs, and also DNA, RNA, and protein analysis using BLAST program. In vitro researches including cell culture techniques, cytotoxicity assay of plant extracts, and their combination with chemotherapy agent (co-chemotherapy) in several cancer cell lines, especially breast cancer cell lines (MCF-7 and T47D) using MTT method. In CCRC, I’ve also investigated the antiproliferative and apoptotic effect of plant extracts and natural compounds using double staining method, protein analyisis by immunocyotchemistry and Western Blotting, and cell cycle analysis using flowcytometry assay.

ƒ Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Powerpoint. ƒ Good knowledge of Graphic Design Program (CorelDraw, Adobe Photoshop) ƒ Excellent ability in navigation through the Internet.

COMPUTER SKILLS AND COMPETENCES ƒ Good knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Machintosh.

During my job at the Cancer Chemoprevention Research Center, Faculty of Pharmacy, Gadjah Mada University and JICA Project, I used to coordinate team of researcher and students thus developing a good experience in the administration of people.

Kline Indonesia motivate me to learn fast and quickly adapt to new environment, which is very different with academic situation that I used to be experienced before. ƒ Since I was a student, I am highly motivated to be the best, which is proved from my GPA that are above the average level.

ƒ Excellent ability of communication and teamwork especially developed during my job at the Cancer Chemoprevention Research Center, Faculty of Pharmacy, Gadjah Mada University and JICA Project where I often worked with other people. ƒ Became an apprentice student at Quality Assurance Division of Glaxo Smith

RESEARCH SKILLS AND COMPETENCES

While during my working experinces as a research assistant in JICA project on Identification of Anti-Hepatitis C Virus (HCV) Substances and Development of HCV and Dengue Vaccine, my research skills has been improved rapidly. I’ve conducted anti-HCV activity of plant extracts by virus titration experiment and immunostaining method. In this project, I propagated HCV virus in hepatocarcinoma cells (Huh7 it-1). I also cloned virus gene into bacteria, purified DNA/plasmid, transcripted DNA into RNA (RNA in vitro transcription), and transfected RNA into mammalian cells. I amplified virus gene with PCR method and did sequence DNA analysis to know that I’ve already get the correct DNA sequences.

DRIVING LICENCE I am a holder of an Indonesian drivers licence. Category A and C vehicle.
