Abstract
Hgmans are conscious beings. Mutual understanding and comprehe,nsion among
human beings in their lives ii what4onstitutes the consciousness within which the
language is a tool and its manifestation. When the language was accepted into the
collective consciousness of the society, then humans have createda discourse in their
own world. Language as a tool and a form of consciousness of a nation has its own
metaphysics, built on the awareness and the discourse of the ownersi- Power can be
built- through the play of discourse as in the referring English as the world's
languages and other languages as the local language. Multiculturalism, as reflected
