Produksi Dalam Program “Masterpiece” di RCTI. Dibawah bimbingan Drs.
Dian Wardiana S., M.Si, Pendidikan Ahli Komunikasi Terapan, Program Diploma
III Sub Program Studi Penyiaran, Fakultas Ilmu Komunikasi Universitas
Padjadjaran.
Tujuan observasi ini adalah untuk mengetahui apa saja tugas dan tanggung
jawab tim asisten produksi dalam proses produksi program sport “Masterpiece”
mulai dari praproduksi hingga pascaproduksi, serta kendala-kendala yang
dihadapinya.
Metode yang digunakan oleh penulis dalam Laporan Tugas Akhir ini
adalah metode deskriptif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi
langsung, wawancara kepada pihak terkait, studi kepustakaan dan mengutip
langsung dari arsip-arsip perusahaan.
Dalam laporan tugas akhir ini, pembaca dapat melihat bahwa proses
produksi program “Masterpiece” melalui tiga tahap, yaitu proses praproduksi,
produksi, dan proses pasca produksi. Asisten produksi bertugas untuk membantu
segala hal yang berkaitan dengan proses produksi seperti membantu produser dan
tim kreatif ketika produksi dan membantu editor ketika proses pascaproduksi.
Asisten produksi juga bertanggungjawab atas kelancaran proses produksi.
Kurangnya koordinasi dari tiap crew ketika produksi menjadi kendala bagi
mekanisme kerja asisten produksi.
Setelah mengikuti observasi dalam seluruh rangkaian proses produksi
program “masterpiece”, penulis menyimpulkan bahwa proses produksi tersebut
telah sesuai dengan teori standard operation procedure.

The purpose of this observation is to know the duties and responsibilities
of production assistant in the production process of "Masterpiece” program from
pr production to postproduction, and the obstacles encountered.
The methods used by the author in this final task Report is a descriptive
method, with the techniques of data collection through direct observation,
interviews, related to the study of the library and quote directly from the company
archives.
In this final task reports, readers can see that the production process of
“Masterpiece” program, will go through three stages: preproduction process,
production process, and postproduction process. Production assistant on duty to
help all things related to the production process such as assisting producer and
creative team in the production and help the editor when the process of
postproduction. Production assistant is also responsible for the smooth
production process. The lack of coordination of crews when production became
one of the obstacles for the working mechanism of production assistant.
After following the observation in the whole process of “Masterpiece”
program production, the writer concluded than the production process has been
suited with the standard operation procedure theory
