ABSTRAK

Devi Permana (0802575). Analisis Penatausahaan Aset Sekolah di Sekolah Luar
Biasa Negeri Pahlawan Kabupaten Indramayu.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pelaksanaan penatausahaan asset
sekolah di SLBN Pahlawan Indramayu dan apa saja yang menjadi faktor
pendukung dan penghambat pelaksanaan penatausahaan asset tersebut. Penelitian
ini dilakukan melalui pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Pengumpulan data
dilakukan dengan wawancara dan telaah dokumen. Lokasi penelitian dilakukan di
Sekolah Luar Biasa Negeri Pahlawan Kabupaten Indramayu yang beralamat di Jl.
Pahlawan no.89 Indramayu. Responden penelitian yaitu Kepala Sekolah, Staff
Tata Usaha dan juga guru. Hasil penelitian ini adalah proses penatausahaan asset
di SLBN Pahlawan Kabupaten Indramayu sudah berjalan dengan baik sesuai
dengan peraturan. Faktor penghambat penatausahaan asset di SLBN Pahlawan
Kabupaten Indramayu diantaranya adalah kurangnya Sumber Daya Manusia
(SDM) dalam penatausahaan asset di sekolah tersebut, belum adanya pelatihan
yang diberikan pemerintah mengenai penatausahaan asset, serta tidak adanya dana
khusus untuk pemeliharaan asset seperti memperbaiki/mengganti kerusakan asset
tersebut. Faktor pendukung kelancaran penatausahaan aset di SLBN Pahlawan
diantaranya adalah kesediaan dana yang memadai untuk pengadaan barang,
adanya inventarisasi asset yang memadai mengenai kondisi dan jenis asset yang

ada di sekolah, serta dalam setiap proses pembelian barang dilakukan berdasarkan
kebutuhan sekolah terhadap barang yang akan dibeli.

This study aims to describe the implementation of school assets administering in
SLBN Pahlawan Indramayu and anything that becomes a supporters factor
and a barrier factors to the implementation of the administering the assets. This
research was done through descriptive qualitative approach. The data
collection was done with interviews and documents review. The location of the
research was at

results of this research is the process of assets administering in SLBN Pahlawan
Indramayu is already well underway in accordance to the regulations.
Restricting factors of the administering asset in SLBN Pahlawan Indramayu is
the lack of human resources in asset administering at that school, the lack of
training provided by the government regarding the administration of assets, as
well as the absence of a special fund for the maintenance of assets such as repair /
replace the asset damage. Supporting factors of the smooth assets
administering in are SLBN Pahlawan Indramayu willingness of adequate
funds for the
procurement
of

goods, the
presence
of adequate assetinventory about the condition and the type of assets that exist in
school, as well as in every process of the purchase of the goods is done based
on the needs of the schoolto the items to be purchased.
