Earthquake Disaster as a Part of Business Activity

Jogjakarta devastating earthquake in 2007 rests a social and an engineering problem.
Social and engineering affect to a local economy because of lack economics activity.
People tend to focusing on a recovery of the damage. One of recovery is to reconstruction
the buildings. To reconstruct some infrastructures need a lot of building materials i.e. fine
aggregate, course aggregate, cement, etc.
This paper provides a research to conduct a probabilistic of recycles concrete assessment
due to the seismic events. The results showed that recycles concrete with percentage of
100, 90 and 80 can be used for reconstructing the infrastructures.
