Pembangunan Jalan Tol Bogor Ring Road Seksi II A), Jurusan Teknik Sipil
Fakultas Teknik Universitas Sebelas Maret Surakarta.
Dalam proyek konstruksi, risiko selalu ada dalam setiap proses pekerjaan proyek
khususnya dalam kontrak kerja konstruksi. Hal ini disebabkan oleh ketidakpastian
atau ketidakjelasan informasi yang terdapat dalam kontrak kerja konstruksi. Dan
akan berpengaruh terhadap biaya pekerjaan konstruksi. Sehingga dilakukan
penelitian mengenai pengaruh risiko pada kontrak kerja konstruksi terhadap biaya
pekerjaan pada Proyek Pembangunan Jalan Tol Bogor Ring Road Seksi II A.
Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi kasus. Rangkaian analisis dimulai
dengan melakukan identifikasi variabel risiko melalui studi literatur. Kemudian
dilakukan pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan metode survei dan wawancara
terhadap responden yang terkait dengan proyek. Hasil identifikasi ini dianalisis
menggunakan metode Severity Index (SI) dan Matriks Probability and Impact.
Didapat hasil variabel risiko yang signifikan pada proyek. Dari hasil tersebut
dilakukan analisis respon risiko oleh responden untuk penanganan risiko yang
signifikan.
Berdasarkan hasil analisa diketahui bahwa variabel risiko yang signifikan terdapat
dalam kode risiko A.3 (kontraktor mendapatkan informasi yang jelas mengenai
kondisi lapangan pada saat kunjungan lapangan) dengan asumsi risiko yang
mempengaruhi biaya pekerjaan sebesar 0,40 % dari nilai kontrak. Dan respon
yang dilakukan adalah secara avoid dan mitigate.

In a construction project, The risk is probability happen in any project work
process, especially on construction contract. These risks arise as a result of an
event or activity that is not definite on construction contract. And will affect to
construction cost. So we do research on the effect of risk on construction contract
prefer to construction cost of Bogor Ring Road Construction Project Section II A.
The research method used is a case study method. The analysis starts from the
identification of risk variables through the literature studies. Then collecting data
using surveys methods and interviews with the respondents related to the project.
The identification results were analyzed using Severity Index (SI) Method and
Matrix probability and Impact. The result is a significant risk variables on the
project. From these results, an analysis of risk response will performed to the
respondent for the handling of significant risks.
From the result of the analysis known that have significant risk variable on code
risk A.3 (Contractor obtain clear information about field conditions during field
visits). Assuming the risks that affect the cost of the work was 0.40 % of the
contract value. And the response is avoid and mitigate.
