ABSTRAK
Muhammad Indra Septiawan, 1105796, Pengaruh Service Convenience
Terhadap Keputusan Tamu Yang Menginap di Gumilang Regency Hotel
(Survei Terhadap Tamu yang Menginap di Gumilang Regency Hotel). Dibawah
bimbingan Prof. Dr. H. Eeng Ahman, MSi dan Dewi Pancawati Novalita,
S.Pd.,MM.
Seiring dengan berkembangnya akomodasi pendukung pariwisata seperti hotel
maka muncul berbagai macam hotel bintang tiga di Kota Bandung salah satunya
yaitu Gumilang Regency Hotel. Pada tahun 2014 Gumilang Regency Hotel
mengalami penurunan occupancy dan penjualan tidak mencapai target biasanya,
oleh karena itu cara untuk meningkatkan hunian kamar / keputusan menginap
tamu salah satunya dengan service convenience yang artinya kemudahan
memberikan layanan, sehingga service convenience dapat diterapkan oleh
Gumilang Regency Hotel sebagasi strategi untuk meningkatkan keinginan atau
niat tamu untuk menginap sehingga terjadinya pembelian produk dan jasa. Tujuan
dalam penelitian ini yaitu untuk mencari hasil temuan pengaruh antara service
convenience terhadap keputusan tamu menginap di Gumilang Regency Hotel.
Dalam penelitian ini variable bebas (X) yaitu service convenience yang terdiri dari
decision convenience, access convenience, transaction convenience, benefit
convenience, dan post-benefit convenience dan variable terikatnya (Y) yaitu
keputusan menginap. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan ialah penelitian deskriptif,
verifikatif dan metode yang digunakan ialah survey teknik systematic random
sampling, maka diperoleh jumlah sampel sebanyak 100 responden tamu. Teknik
analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda dengan program
SPSS 20. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa service convenience
memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap keputusan tamu menginap di
Gumilang Regency Hotel.

Convenience Through The Guests Decision Who Stay at Gumilang Regency
Hotel (The survey through the guests who stay at Gumilang Regency Hotel)
Guided by Prof. Dr. H. Eeng Ahman, MSi dan Dewi Pancawati Novalita,

Over the development of tourism accomodation support which is Hotel, thus it
appears various kind of three-star hotels in Bandung City, one of which is
Gumilang Regency Hotel. In 2014, Gumilang Regency Hotel has decreased
occupancy and sales did not achieve target normally; therefore, the way to
increase the room occupancy / guests decisionto stay is used a service
convenience method, which meansthe ease of providing services; so that the
service convenience can be implemented by Gumilang Regency Hotel to raise the
desire or the intention of guests to stay, then it occurs purchasing toward products
and services. The purpose of this research is to examine a finding of influence
between service convenience through the guests decision to stay at Gumilang
Regency Hotel. In this research, the independent variable (X) cover the service
convenience that consists of decision convenience, access convenience,
transaction convenience, benefit convenience, and post-benefit convenience;
while the dependent variable (Y) cover the decision to stay. This research used
descriptive and verification types, and used survey systematic random sampling
techniquemethod, then obtained the total sample as 100 guests respondent. The
analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis by using SPSS
program 20. The result shows that the service convenience have a significant
influence through the guests decision who stay at Gumilang the Regency Hotel.
