ABSTRAK
PENGARUH PELAKSANAAN PROGRAM KESEHATAN DAN
KESELAMATAN KERJA (K3) TERHADAP PRODUKTIVITAS
KERJA KARYAWAN PADA PTP NUSANTARA IV
(PERSERO) KEBUN PABATU
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis Pengaruh
Pelaksanaan Program Kesehatan dan Keselamatan Kerja (K3) terhadap
Produktivitas Kerja Karyawan pada PTP Nusantara IV (Persero) Kebun Pabatu.
Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian asosiatif. Populasi dalam
penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan operasional pabrik PTP Nusantara IV
(Persero) Kebun Pabatu yaitu sebanyak 1052 orang. Metode pengambilan sampel
menggunakan rumus Slovin sebanyak 91 orang. Metode pengumpulan data dalam
penelitian ini adalah kuesioner, wawancara dan studi dokumentasi. Metode
analisis data menggunakan metode deskriptif dan metode kuantitatif yaitu analisis
Regresi Linier berganda dengan tingkat singnifikan 0,05.
Hasil uji F menunjukkan bahwa program kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja
secara bersama-sama memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap
variabel terikat (produktivitas kerja). Berdasarkan uji t bahwa variabel kesehatan
yang paling dominan berpengaruh terhadap produktivitas kerja. Pada pengujian
koefisien determinasi (R2) menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh antara variabel program
kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja terhadap produktivitas karyawan mempunyai

hubungan yang erat.

ABSTRACT
THE INFLUENCE OF IMPLEMENTATION OF JOB HEALTH AND
SAFETY TO THE JOB PRODUCTIVITY OF EMPLOYEE AT PTP
NUSANTARA IV (PERSERO) KEBUN PABATU

The objective of this research is to study and analyze the influence of the
implementation of Job Health and Safety to the Job Productivity of employee at
PTP Nusantara IV (Persero) Kebun Pabatu.
This research is associative study. The population of this research is all of
factory operational employee of PTP Nusantara IV (Persero) Kebun Pabatu for
1052 persons. The sample was took by using Sloven method for 91 persons. The
data collecting method in this research are questionnaire, interview and
documentation study. The method of data analysis is using descriptive and
quantitative method, i.e. multi linear regression with significant level of 0.05.
The result of F-test indicates that the job health and safety program has a

positive and significant influence simultaneously to the dependent variable (job
productivity). Based on t-test it indicates that health variable has a dominant
influence to the job productivity. On testing of determination coefficient (R2)
indicates that the influence between the job health and safety program variables to
the job productivity of employee has a closed correlation.
