Stars for fast delivery and one for author! By ~Astraea This is one of my all time favorite books! Written by a favorite author. It came to Mr pretty fast and I really hope I will be able to read it again. But, I'm not sure as the smell is very bad, mouldy and since I am an asthma sufferer it may need to stay out in the shop for quite awhile. I would still give the seller another try though.

By Cat Maclachlan The subject matter was not my first pick, but Norah Lofts wrote as though first hand experience was her co- author. She captured me in one page & it's difficult to impress me. Her words weave and ring, continuing to resonate long after you put the book down, humming to you until you pick it back up. I'll leave it to the other reviewers to review the plot; just know that there is music to be heard through her words & other wonderful things about this book. Not quite the true to life story of Jean de Nesle, Blondel. She left out the fact that Jean/Blondel was a Knight. This would make him hardly the "Boy" painted here.
