Setiap mahasiswa memiliki Pembimbing
Akademik (PA).
Perwalian untuk pemilihan mata kuliah setiap
semester harus didiskusikan dengan PA, baik
secara on-line maupun tatap muka.
IRS harus mendapat Persetujuan PA.
FUNG SI PEMBIMBING A KADEMIK
Mengarahkan rencana studi atau pengambilan mata kuliah.
Mengikuti dan mengevaluasi prestasi mahasiswa
bimbingan hingga lulus.
Membantu mahasiswa dalam mengatasi permasalahan
akademik yang sedang dan akan dihadapi.
MULAI SEMESTER KE-2, Mahasiswa mengisi IRS sendiri

Mahasiswa Program Double Degree/ Joint Degree yang
telah menyelesaikan kuliah di universitas mitra, wajib

hasil belajar (transkrip nilai dan surat keterangan lulus)
agar dapat diproses untuk Yudisium Kelulusan di UI.
Setelah Study Abroad, mahasiswa Program Single
Degree wajib lapor ke departemen disertai dengan
dokumen (transkrip nilai dan surat keterangan dari
universitas mitra).
Segera ajukan Transfer Kredit dengan mengisi formulir
yang ada di Sekretariat Departemen.

TRANSFER KREDIT
Mahasiswa Program Double Degree/ Joint Degree yang
telah menyelesaikan kuliah di universitas mitra, wajib
lapor ke departemen dengan membawa dokumen
hasil belajar (transkrip nilai dan surat keterangan lulus)
agar dapat diproses untuk Yudisium Kelulusan di UI.
Setelah Study Abroad, mahasiswa Program Single
Degree wajib lapor ke departemen disertai dengan
dokumen (transkrip nilai dan surat keterangan dari
universitas mitra).
Segera ajukan Transfer Kredit dengan mengisi formulir
yang ada di Sekretariat Departemen.

Hasil belajar 2 semester pertama : minimal
memperoleh 24 SKS dengan nilai min C
Hasil belajar 4 semester pertama : minimal
memperoleh 48 SKS dengan nilai min C
Hasil belajar 6 semester pertama : minimal
memperoleh 72 SKS dengan nilai min C
Hasil belajar 8 semester : minimal memperoleh 96 SKS
dengan nilai min C
Hasil belajar 10 semester : minimal memperoleh 120
SKS dengan nilai min C
Akhir masa studi (12 semester): telah menyelesaikan
seluruh beban studi dengan nilai minimum C.
