The body of the standard's text defines GetStatus operation with two
elements that should be ISO 8601 dates (see Table 14-2):
1. filteringCriteria/lastUpdate
2. filteringCriteria/lastUpdateEnd
However, in the accompanying XML Schema Document (oseo.xsd) only the
first element is specified as having an xs:dateTime, while the other
has no type definition (see lines 421, 413 of the oseo.xsd file)

with the document
