Reason for *
change:

a) For process chaining the same constraints should apply for input
and output parameters.
b) Currently collections of complex output types must be wrapped into
a list-like complex type (container) which complicates the schema
handling.

Summary of *
change:

Multiple process output parameters with same identifier should be
allowed. This means that two attributes 'minOccurs' and 'maxOccurs'

will be introduced for OutputDescription data structure (compare OGC
05-007r7 table 19 and table 35).
