3.3 Hipotesis

3.3.1 Hipotesis mayor

Terdapat perbedaan gambaran histopatologis esofagus mencit balb/c pada
pemberian Metanil Yellow peroral dosis bertingkat selama 30 hari.

3.3.2 Hipotesis minor

Skor tingkat radang mukosa esofagus kelompok mencit balb/c yang
mendapat Metanil Yellow dosis bertingkat lebih besar dibanding pada mencit
balb/c kelompok kontrol.
