Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi kesiapan guru SMK Dalam
implementasi Kurikulum 2013 Di Kabupaten Ogan Ilir ditinjau dari aspek
pemahaman, keterampilan dan sikap.
Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian evaluasi dengan model discrepancy.
Penelitian ini dilakukan di tiga sekolah di Kabupaten Ogan Ilir dengan populasi
guru SMK. Sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 94 orang yang terdiri dari 46 orang
dari SMK N 1 Indralaya Utara, 25 Orang dari SMK N 1 Indralaya Selatan dan 23
orang dari SMK PGRI Tanjung Raja. Pengambilan sampel adalah dengan teknik
purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini dengan menggunakan
metode angket. Uji validitas meliputi validitas isi yaitu expert judgment dan
validitas konstruk dengan rumus korelasi product moment. Uji reliabilitas
menggunakan rumus Alpha Cronbach. Analisis data menggunakan analisis
deskriptif.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kesiapan guru SMK di Kabupaten
Ogan Ilir adalah sebagai berikut: (1) Ditinjau dari aspek pemahaman: SMK N
Indralaya Utara masuk kategori sangat siap dengan skor rata-rata sebesar 50,35%,
discrepancy sebesar 21,4% (sangat rendah); SMK N 1 Indralaya Selatan masuk
kategori siap dengan skor rata-rata 46,16%, discrepancy sebesar 30,76% (rendah);
dan SMK PGRI masuk kategori siap dengan skor rata-rata sebesar 47,43%,
discrepancy sebesar 27,93% (rendah). (2) Ditinjau dari aspek keterampilan: SMK
N 1 Indralaya Utara masuk kategori siap dengan skor rata-rata sebesar 24,24%,
discrepancy sebesar 32,33% (rendah); SMK N 1 Indralaya Selatan masuk kategori
siap dengan skor rata-rata sebesar 24,8%, dengan decrepancy sebesar 30%
(rendah); dan SMK PGRI masuk kategori dengan siap skor rata-rata sebesar 24%,
discrepancy sebesar 33,33% (rendah). (3) Ditinjau dari aspek sikap: SMK N 1
Indralaya Utara masuk kategori sangat siap dengan skor rata-rata sebesar 42,67%,
discrepancy sebesar 23,92% (sangat rendah); SMK N 1 Indralaya Selatan masuk
kategori siap dengan skor rata-rata sebesar 41,8%,decrepancy sebesar 26,15%
(rendah); dan SMK PGRI masuk kategori siap dengan skor rata-rata sebesar
40,30%, discrepancy sebesar 30% (rendah).

This study aims to evaluate the readiness of vocational high school teachers
in the implementation of curriculum 2013 in the Regency of Ogan Ilir in terms of
the understanding, skills and attitudes aspects.
This study is evaluation research using the discrepancy model. It was
conducted at three schools in the Regency of Ogan Ilir and subject was 94
vocational high school teachers consisting of 46 teachers from vocational high
school (SMK) N 1 Indralaya Utara, 25 teachers from SMK N 1 Indralaya Selatan
and 23 teachers from SMK PGRI Tanjung Raja. Sampling technique used
purposive sampling. The data were collected by using a questionnaire. The
validity was tested by using the content validity, that is expert judgment and the
construct validity with the correlation formula of product moment. The reliability
was tested by using Cronbach Alpha formula. The data were analyzed using the
descriptive analysis.
The results of this study show that the readiness of vocational high school
teachers in the Regency of Ogan Ilir is as follows: (1) In term of the
understanding aspect: SMK N I Indralaya Utara is in very well prepared category
with the score 50.35%, with the discrepancy of 21.4% (very low); SMK N 1
Indralaya Selatan in a ready category with the score 46.16%, with the discrepancy
of 30.76% (low); SMK PGRI is a ready category with the score 47.43%, with the
discrepancy of 27.93% (low). (2) In terms of skill aspect: SMK N 1 Indralaya
Utara is in a ready category with the score 24.24%, with the discrepancy of
32.33% (low); SMK N 1 Indralaya Selatan is in a ready category with the score
24.8%, with the discrepancy of 30% (low); SMK PGRI is in a ready category with
the score 24%, with the discrepancy of 33.33% (low). (3) In terms of the attitude
aspect: SMK N I Indralaya Utara is in a very well prepared category with the
score 42.67%, with the discrepancy of 23.92% (very low); SMK N 1 Indralaya
Selatan is in a ready category with the score 41.8%, with the discrepancy of
26.15% (low); SMK PGRI is in a ready category with the score 40.30%, with the
discrepancy of 30% (low).
