they temporary hire workers for harvest.
The production system is simple, without
neither pesticide application nor
chemical fertilizer application.

The following members’ farms are bigger than
the others, so they have large number of hired
workers during the harvesting season.

When annual inspections are conducted to the above
members, the inspectors need to pay close attention to

their record of harvesting workers, salary paid,
provision of drinking water etc. to ensure that the
workers are treated fairly at their farms.
