Malang (UM) Tahun 2011-2015 ini
merupakan kelengkapan dari Laporan
Tahunan Rektor Tahun 2015 dan
laporan lainnya yang sejenis.
The publication of the 2011-2015
Book of Statistical Development of
State University of Malang is a
supplement to the Rector's 2015
Annual Report and other similar
reports.
Buku ini menyajikan data
perkembangan sejak tahun 2011
sampai dengan tahun 2015 (data
Desember 2015) yang disajikan dalam
bentuk grafik/gambar dan tabel.
This book presents development
data from the year 2011 to the year
2015 (data December 2015) in the
form of graphs/figures and
tables.
Penerbitan ke dua puluh lima ini
merupakan sajian yang ke delapan
belas dalam dua bahasa yaitu bahasa
Indonesia dan bahasa Inggris.
Diharapkan berbagai data yang
disajikan dapat dijadikan sebagai
informasi bagi sivitas akademika
maupun masyarakat luas dan masukan
untuk bahan pertimbangan penetapan
kebijakan, pengambilan keputusan dan
langkah-langkah lain untuk
perencanaan baik jangka pendek
maupun jangka panjang serta evaluasi
program bagi pimpinan serta berbagai
pihak yang berkepentingan.

STUDENTS
Jumlah mahasiswa Universitas Negeri
Malang pada tahun 2015: 31.405 orang, naik
32,45% jika dibandingkan dengan tahun 2011:
23.710 orang. Perkembangan tiap tahunnya
dengan sebaran sebagai berikut: tahun 2012
naik 3,26 %, 2013 naik 18,89 %, 2014 naik
4,78 %, dan 2015 naik 2,98 %,
Penerimaan mahasiswa baru dalam
lima tahun terakhir ini rata-rata setiap
tahunnya naik 8,88% dan daya tampung
naik 8,61%. Adapun perkembangan
penerimaan mahasiswa baru adalah sebagai
berikut: tahun 2011 naik 6,22%, 2012 naik
30,96%, 2013 naik 7,76%, 2014 turun
6,99%, dan 2015 naik 3,80%.
Lulusan Universitas Negeri Malang
pada tahun 2015: 5.691 orang, naik 5,84% bila
dibandingkan dengan tahun 2011. Adapun
perkembangan lulusan adalah sebagai berikut:
tahun 2012 turun 10,41%, 2013 naik 3,92%,
2014 naik 2,50%, dan 2015 naik 10,91%.
Sedangkan produktivitas rata-rata per
tahunnya sebesar 20%, dengan rincian sebagai
berikut: tahun 2012 sebesar 20,32%, tahun
2013 sebesar 20,45%, tahun 2014 sebesar
17,63%, dan tahun 2015 sebesar 19,62%.

The enrolment of new students in the
last five years has increased by 8,88% on
average and the capacity has increased by
8,42%. The trend of enrolment is as follows:
2011 increased 6,22%, 2012 increased 30,96%,
2013 increased 7,76%, 2014 decreased 6,99%,
and 2015 increased 3,80%.
The graduates of State University of
Malang in 2015:5.691 people, increased by
5,84% compared 2011. The trend of
graduates is as follows 2012 decreased by
10,41%, 2013 increased by 3,92%, 2014
increased by 2,50%, and 2015 increased by
10,91%. The average productivity per year
is 20% with the following details in 2012:
20,32%, 2013: 20,45%, and 2014: 17,63%,
and 2015: 19,62%.

Jumlah dosen sampai dengan bulan
Desember 2015: 936 orang, turun 0,64%
dari tahun 2011, dengan sebaran sebagai
berikut: tahun 2012 turun 2,44 %, 2013
turun 1,31%, 2014 naik 1,10%, dan 2015
naik 2,07%.
Dosen yang mencapai gelar Master/
Magister dan Doktor mengalami kenaikan
8,14% dari tahun 2011. Rinciannya adalah:
tahun 2012 turun 0,24%, tahun 2013 naik
0,72%, tahun 2014 naik 3,34%, dan tahun
2015 naik 4,15%. Rata-rata per tahunnya
naik 2,03%. Bila dibandingkan dengan

4,15% dibanding tahun yang lalu). Di samping
itu, pada tahun 2015 ini dosen yang sedang
studi program Master/Magister dan Doktor
mencapai 17,09%.
Seiring dengan kenaikan jumlah dan pencapaian gelar Master/Magister dan Doktor,
terdapat penurunan jumlah dosen golongan
IV turun 5,72%, sebaliknya untuk golongan
III naik 4,47% dari tahun 2011. Sampai
dengan tahun 2015 jumlah dosen golongan III
(52,46%) dengan dosen golongan IV
(47,54%). Sedangkan dosen yang bergelar
Profesor pada tahun 2015 naik 18,84%
dibanding pada tahun 2011.

TENAGA KEPENDIDIKAN
ADMINISTRATIVE STAFF
Jumlah tenaga kependidikan sampai
dengan bulan Desember 2015: 729 orang,
turun3,70% dari tahun 2011, dengan
sebaran sebagai berikut: pada tahun 2012
turun 4,49%, 2013 turun 5,39%, 2014 turun
0,44%, dan 2015 naik 7,05%.
Dilihat dari tingkat pendidikannya,
selama kurun waktu lima tahun terakhir
terdapat kecenderungan peningkatan
jumlah tenaga kependidikan ke jenjang
pendidikan yang lebih tinggi. Jika
dibandingkan dengan tahun 2014 untuk
yang berpendidikan SD naik 5,26%; SMTP
naik 13,33%; SMTA naik 8,19%; Sarjana
Muda naik 1,75%; dan Sarjana naik 6,22%.
Sedangkan untuk yang berpendidikan
Magister/Master naik 4,76%. Selain itu
setiap tahunnya rata-rata 24,39% mengikuti
berbagai program pendidikan tambahan
berupa seminar, lokakarya, kursus, dan
program peningkatan kemampuan sejenis
lainnya.

RESEARCH
Jumlah judul penelitian sampai dengan
tahun 2015 sebanyak 160, turun 36,76% dari
tahun 2011, sedangkan peran serta dosen
turun 36,73%. Pada tahun 2015 jumlah judul
penelitian yang telah dilaksanakan sebanyak
160 judul melibatkan 465 dosen.
Dibandingkan dengan jumlah dosen pada saat
ini, rasio judul dengan dosen mencapai 1:6
dan rasio peran serta dosen dengan jumlah
dosen mencapai 1:2.
Dosen yang telah mengikuti penataran
tenaga peneliti tingkat dasar selama lima
tahun terakhir sebanyak 0 orang.
Lokakarya penelitian tingkat lanjut
kuantitatif sebanyak 0 orang. Selain itu
juga telah dilaksanakan usaha peningkatan
lainnya seperti lokakarya/workshop
program payung penelitian, lokakarya
dosen pembina matakuliah metodologi
penelitian, seminar ilmiah penelitian,
workshop pembuatan usulan IPTEK/pembangunan, seminar hasil penelitian,
lokakarya penyusunan proposal penelitian
dosen muda, lokakarya penyusunan
proposal penelitian humaniora, lokakarya
penyusunan proposal penelitian PGSM,

Jumlah judul pengabdian kepada
masyarakat pada tahun 2015, turun 90,09%
dari tahun 2011, sedangkan peran serta
dosen turun 92,41%. Pada tahun 2015 telah
dilaksanakan 11 judul melibatkan 33 dosen.
Jika dibandingkan dengan jumlah dosen
yang ada saat ini, rasio judul dengan dosen
mencapai 1:85, dan rasio peran serta dosen
dengan jumlah dosen mencapai 1:28
Jumlah mahasiswa KKN dari tahun 2011
hingga tahun 2015, cenderung turun. Pada
tahun 2012 turun 43,72%,tahun 2013 turun
22,69%, tahun 2014 naik 39,81%, dan tahun
2015 naik 8,51%. Jumlah Dosen Pembimbing
Lapangan (DPL), 2012 turun 69,11%, pada
tahun 2013 tetap, pada tahun 2014 naik
63,16%, dan pada tahun 2015 naik 38,71%.

In 2015, 11 titles were conducted involving 33
lecturers. Compared to the number of staff
members/lecturers, the ratio of titles and the

The number of students joining “KKN”
from 2011 up to 2015 shows tends to fall. In
2012 decreased by 43,72%,in 2013 decreased
by 22,69%, in 2014 increased by 39,81%, and
in 2015 increased by 8,51%, The number of
Field Supervisor,in 2012 decreased by
69,11%, in 2013 permanent, in 2014 increased
by 63,16%, and in 2015 increased by 38,71%.
PERPUSTAKAAN
LIBRARY
Koleksi bahan pustaka sampai dengan
tahun 2015, turun 6,80% untuk jumlah
judul dan turun 7,73% untuk jumlah
eksemplar dibandingkan tahun 2011.
Menurut jenisnya pada tahun 2015, koleksi
yang paling banyak, berturut-turut adalah
bahan pustaka berbahasa nasional
(65,41%/judul, 79,94%/eksemplar),
berbahasa inggris (31,97%/judul,
18,81%/eksemplar), dan berbahasa asing
(2,61%/judul, 1,24%/ eksemplar).
Sedangkan anggota perpustakaan
sebanyak 54.596 orang, naik 77,25% dari
tahun 2011. Pengunjung perpustakaan
sebanyak 158.794 orang, naik 36,50% dari
tahun 2011.

FACILITIES AND
INFRASTRUCTURES
Hasil pembangunan fisik, sampai
dengan tahun 2014 adalah:
a. Prasarana pendidikan bersama, yang
terdiri dari gedung perpustakaan, gedung
kuliah bersama, gedung seminar, kebun
percobaan, dan rumah kaca, terealisasi
58,77%; masing-masing gedung
perpustakaan (95,64%). dan gedung
seminar (100%). Sisanya belum ada
yang terealisasi.
b. Prasarana kelembagaan, yang terdiri dari
Lembaga Penelitian dan Pengabdian
kepada Masyarakat, LP3, prasarana
kemahasiswaan, dan prasarana
kesejahteraan mahasiswa belum ada
yang terealisasi.
c. Prasarana umum, yang terdiri dari
pengembangan kantor pusat, terealisasi
100%; prasarana umum, terealisasi
73,44%; prasarana olah raga sudah
terealisasi 129,23% dan prasarana
pendukung terealisasi 65,84%.
d. Prasarana fakultas dan Program Pascasarjana, yang terdiri atas ruang kuliah,
ruang administrasi, dan laboratorium
yang sudah direalisasi masing-masing
adalah: FIP (80,54%), FS (78,41%),
FMIPA (39,88%), FE (50,47%), FT
(121,44%), FIK (80,10%), FIS (81,48%),
FPPsi (89,00%), dan PPS (53,68%).
The completion of physical development up
to the year 2014 is as follows:
a. Common Educational Facilities,
Consisting of Library, Common Lecture
Rooms, Seminar hall, Experimentation
Garden, and Green House was

GENERAL CONCLUSION
MAHASISWA
STUDENTS
Jumlah mahasiswa Universitas Negeri
Malang pada tahun 2015: 31.405 orang, naik
32,45% jika dibandingkan dengan tahun 2011:
23.710 orang. Perkembangan tiap tahunnya
dengan sebaran sebagai berikut: tahun 2012
naik 3,26 %, 2013 naik 18,89 %, 2014 naik
4,78 %, dan 2015 naik 2,98 %,
Penerimaan mahasiswa baru dalam
lima tahun terakhir ini rata-rata setiap
tahunnya naik 8,88% dan daya tampung
naik 8,61%. Adapun perkembangan
penerimaan mahasiswa baru adalah sebagai
berikut: tahun 2011 naik 6,22%, 2012 naik
30,96%, 2013 naik 7,76%, 2014 turun
6,99%, dan 2015 naik 3,80%.
Lulusan Universitas Negeri Malang
pada tahun 2015: 5.691 orang, naik 5,84% bila
dibandingkan dengan tahun 2011. Adapun
perkembangan lulusan adalah sebagai berikut:
tahun 2012 turun 10,41%, 2013 naik 3,92%,
2014 naik 2,50%, dan 2015 naik 10,91%.
Sedangkan produktivitas rata-rata per
tahunnya sebesar 20%, dengan rincian sebagai
berikut: tahun 2012 sebesar 20,32%, tahun
2013 sebesar 20,45%, tahun 2014 sebesar
17,63%, dan tahun 2015 sebesar 19,62%.

The graduates of State University of
Malang in 2015:5.691 people, increased by
5,84% compared 2011. The trend of
graduates is as follows 2012 decreased by
10,41%, 2013 increased by 3,92%, 2014
increased by 2,50%, and 2015 increased by
10,91%. The average productivity per year
is 20% with the following details in 2012:
20,32%, 2013: 20,45%, and 2014: 17,63%,
and 2015: 19,62%.

TEACHING STAFF
Jumlah dosen sampai dengan bulan
Desember 2015: 936 orang, turun 0,64%
dari tahun 2011, dengan sebaran sebagai
berikut: tahun 2012 turun 2,44 %, 2013
turun 1,31%, 2014 naik 1,10%, dan 2015
naik 2,07%.
Dosen yang mencapai gelar Master/
Magister dan Doktor mengalami kenaikan
8,14% dari tahun 2011. Rinciannya adalah:
tahun 2012 turun 0,24%, tahun 2013 naik
0,72%, tahun 2014 naik 3,34%, dan tahun
2015 naik 4,15%. Rata-rata per tahunnya
naik 2,03%. Bila dibandingkan dengan

itu, pada tahun 2015 ini dosen yang sedang
studi program Master/Magister dan Doktor
mencapai 17,09%.
Seiring dengan kenaikan jumlah dan pencapaian gelar Master/Magister dan Doktor,
terdapat penurunan jumlah dosen golongan
IV turun 5,72%, sebaliknya untuk golongan
III naik 4,47% dari tahun 2011. Sampai
dengan tahun 2015 jumlah dosen golongan III
(52,46%) dengan dosen golongan IV
(47,54%). Sedangkan dosen yang bergelar
Profesor pada tahun 2015 naik 18,84%
dibanding pada tahun 2011.

TENAGA KEPENDIDIKAN
ADMINISTRATIVE STAFF
Jumlah tenaga kependidikan sampai
dengan bulan Desember 2015: 729 orang,
turun3,70% dari tahun 2011, dengan
sebaran sebagai berikut: pada tahun 2012
turun 4,49%, 2013 turun 5,39%, 2014 turun
0,44%, dan 2015 naik 7,05%.
Dilihat dari tingkat pendidikannya,
selama kurun waktu lima tahun terakhir
terdapat kecenderungan peningkatan
jumlah tenaga kependidikan ke jenjang
pendidikan yang lebih tinggi. Jika
dibandingkan dengan tahun 2014 untuk
yang berpendidikan SD naik 5,26%; SMTP
naik 13,33%; SMTA naik 8,19%; Sarjana
Muda naik 1,75%; dan Sarjana naik 6,22%.
Sedangkan untuk yang berpendidikan
Magister/Master naik 4,76%. Selain itu
setiap tahunnya rata-rata 24,39% mengikuti
berbagai program pendidikan tambahan
berupa seminar, lokakarya, kursus, dan
program peningkatan kemampuan sejenis
lainnya.

increased by 1,75%; and full degrees
increased by 6,22%. Staff with
Master/Magister increased by 4,76%. In
addition, every year on average 24,39%
administrative staff joins varions extra
training programs such as seminars,
workshops, courses, and other up-grading
programs.
The increase in the number of administrative staff to a higher educational level
was in line with the increase in positional

RESEARCH
Jumlah judul penelitian sampai dengan
tahun 2015 sebanyak 160, turun 36,76% dari
tahun 2011, sedangkan peran serta dosen
turun 36,73%. Pada tahun 2015 jumlah judul
penelitian yang telah dilaksanakan sebanyak
160 judul melibatkan 465 dosen.
Dibandingkan dengan jumlah dosen pada saat
ini, rasio judul dengan dosen mencapai 1:6
dan rasio peran serta dosen dengan jumlah
dosen mencapai 1:2.
Dosen yang telah mengikuti penataran
tenaga peneliti tingkat dasar selama lima
tahun terakhir sebanyak 0 orang.
Lokakarya penelitian tingkat lanjut
kuantitatif sebanyak 0 orang. Selain itu
juga telah dilaksanakan usaha peningkatan
lainnya seperti lokakarya/workshop
program payung penelitian, lokakarya
dosen pembina matakuliah metodologi

Jumlah judul pengabdian kepada
masyarakat pada tahun 2015, turun 90,09%
dari tahun 2011, sedangkan peran serta
dosen turun 92,41%. Pada tahun 2015 telah
dilaksanakan 11 judul melibatkan 33 dosen.
Jika dibandingkan dengan jumlah dosen
yang ada saat ini, rasio judul dengan dosen
mencapai 1:85, dan rasio peran serta dosen
dengan jumlah dosen mencapai 1:28
Jumlah mahasiswa KKN dari tahun 2011
hingga tahun 2015, cenderung turun. Pada
tahun 2012 turun 43,72%,tahun 2013 turun
22,69%, tahun 2014 naik 39,81%, dan tahun
2015 naik 8,51%. Jumlah Dosen Pembimbing
Lapangan (DPL), 2012 turun 69,11%, pada
tahun 2013 tetap, pada tahun 2014 naik
63,16%, dan pada tahun 2015 naik 38,71%.

Koleksi bahan pustaka sampai dengan
tahun 2015, turun 6,80% untuk jumlah
judul dan turun 7,73% untuk jumlah
eksemplar dibandingkan tahun 2011.
Menurut jenisnya pada tahun 2015, koleksi
yang paling banyak, berturut-turut adalah
bahan pustaka berbahasa nasional
(65,41%/judul, 79,94%/eksemplar),
berbahasa inggris (31,97%/judul,
18,81%/eksemplar), dan berbahasa asing
(2,61%/judul, 1,24%/ eksemplar).
Sedangkan anggota perpustakaan
sebanyak 54.596 orang, naik 77,25% dari
tahun 2011. Pengunjung perpustakaan
sebanyak 158.794 orang, naik 36,50% dari
tahun 2011.

Hasil pembangunan fisik, sampai
dengan tahun 2014 adalah:
a. Prasarana pendidikan bersama, yang
terdiri dari gedung perpustakaan, gedung
kuliah bersama, gedung seminar, kebun
percobaan, dan rumah kaca, terealisasi
58,77%; masing-masing gedung
perpustakaan (95,64%). dan gedung
seminar (100%). Sisanya belum ada
yang terealisasi.
b. Prasarana kelembagaan, yang terdiri dari
Lembaga Penelitian dan Pengabdian
kepada Masyarakat, LP3, prasarana
kemahasiswaan, dan prasarana
kesejahteraan mahasiswa belum ada
yang terealisasi.
c. Prasarana umum, yang terdiri dari
pengembangan kantor pusat, terealisasi
100%; prasarana umum, terealisasi
73,44%; prasarana olah raga sudah
terealisasi 129,23% dan prasarana
pendukung terealisasi 65,84%.
d. Prasarana fakultas dan Program Pascasarjana, yang terdiri atas ruang kuliah,
ruang administrasi, dan laboratorium
yang sudah direalisasi masing-masing
adalah: FIP (80,54%), FS (78,41%),
FMIPA (39,88%), FE (50,47%), FT
(121,44%), FIK (80,10%), FIS (81,48%),
FPPsi (89,00%), dan PPS (53,68%).
