Used Book in Good Condition Cons: I expected some OMM suggestions for complaints and there are none. I figured that if the book is aimed at the osteopathic exam then it would have a little more osteopathic emphasis. Not much in the simulated cases as far as ideas for differential/plan. I think the First Aid book is better - includes differentials and plans/workup on top of what this book offers. By John Oh For those of you who wonder how they grade test takers, this book has it. This test is a big waste of money and time. It's just another way to for the AOA to make $$$, but you have to pass it anyway.
When I was a student, I had no idea what criteria they used to pass students. This book has it. You will not find the criteria online. Instead, you always hear vague "criteria" on what people think they did to pass. Just buy this book. You'll wont regret. I had the mistake of relying on the USMLE CS and that didn't help for COMLEX PE.
