,,-ne objective of the study regard ing the main idea of Blue Print
1 Arrangement in witness and victims protection institution (LPSK)
is to establish the initial mapping for LPSK, to find the obstacles faced
by the institution, and to 10Gk for the solution in form of remarks and
general recommendation.
In mapping the LPSK as an institution, the research was conducted
by collecting some references that were taken from various sources such
as regulations thar are relevant to witness protection, state institution,
articles related to wirness and victims protection, as well as comparison
with the existing commission in Indonesia and witness protection
institution tn other countries.
