EZ100PK PC/SC Driver Installation Step-by-Step
Part 1:
Step1:
Plug the reader to PS/2 port.
Step2:
Start the “Hardware Wizard”(right-click My Computer, select
Properties, select Hardware tab, and click )

When the welcome message shows, click button to continue.

Step4:
Select "Add/Troubleshoot a device", then click button.

Select “Add a new device”, then click button.

Step6:
Select "No, I want to select the hardware from a list", then click
button

In "Hardware Type" page, select "Other devices", then click
button.

Step8:
Click button to specify where the driver is.

Specify the path to “(CD-Rom Drive):\Drivers\EZ100PK\Win2k”
then click button.

Step10:
Select "EZ100PK PC/SC Smart Card Reader", then click
button.

Click button to continue and follow the instruction shown in
wizard.

Step1:
Start the “Device Manger”(right-click My Computer, select Properties,
select Hardware tab, and click )

Select “Keyboard” category, right click the keyboard installed, and

select “Properties”.

Step3:
Select the “Driver” tab, and click button.

When the welcome message shows, click button to continue.

Step5:
Select "Display a list of the known drivers for this device so that
I can choose a specific driver", then click button.

Select “Show compatible hardware“ , and click button
to specify where the driver is.

Step7:
Specify the path to ”(CD-Rom Drive):\Drivers\EZ100PK\Win2k”,
then click button.

Select "Keyboard that needs filtering for EZ100PK", then click

button.

Step9:
If “Update Driver Warning” dialog appear, click to continue.

If “Digital Signature Not Found” dialog appear, click button.

Click to complete the upgrade driver.

Click button to restart your computer.

Step15:
After system restart, you need to start the Smart Card Resource
Manager.
To start the resource manager:
1. Login with Administrator.
2. Enter My Computer / Control Panel /Administrator Tools
/Component Services
3. Find “Smart Card” service and Start it.
