Angkutan umum penumpang dalam hal ini adalah bus Eksekutif Antar Kota Antar Propinsi
trayek Malang-Bandung merupakan salah satu sarana transportasi yang sangat diperlukan oleh
masyarakat untuk mendukung beragam aspek kehidupan. Dilihat dari pertumbuhan ekonomi
yang semakin maju, mengakibatkan kebutuhan penduduk terhadap transportasi didaerah
terutama didaerah perkotaan semakin meningkat. Dalam kaitan ini tingginya minat masyarakat
disektor pariwisata dan pendidikan dikota Malang dan Bandung berdampak pada tingginya
tinggkat mobilitas transportasi antar kedua kota tersebut, sehingga keberadaan bus Eksekutif
AKAP sangatlah tepat karna angkutan umum tersebut bersifat massal. Dalam hal ini dengan
sering berubahnya harga komponen Biaya Operasi Kendaraan sehingga perlu diadakannya
evaluasi tarif. Tujuan studi ini bermaksud untuk mengevaluasi tarif berdarkan Biaya Operasi
Kendaraan yang berlaku saat ini.
Metode yang dipakai mengadopsi pada keputusan Direktorat Jenderal Perhubungan Darat Nomor
SK.687/AJ.206DRJD/2002 Tentang Pedoman Teknis Penyelenggaraan Angkutan Penumpang
Umum diwilayah Perkotaan Dalam Trayek Tetap dan Teratur.
Dari hasil studi diperoleh BOK rata-rata sebesar Rp 1.127.220.490/thn-kend atau Rp
4.250,45/km-kend. Sedangkan tarif pokok sebesar Rp. 193,20/pnp-km,sehingga didapat tarif
terbayar sebesar Rp 190.000/pnp.
Passenger public transport in this case is bus Executive intercity between provinces route
Malang-Bandung is one of supporting facilities for a real transportation required by public to
support having immeasurable life aspect. Seen from growth of economics that is increasingly
onward, results requirement of resident to transportation is district especially is district urban
increasingly increases. In this bearing height of public enthusiasm is sector by tourism and
education is town Malang and Bandung to affect at height of transportation mobility between
both the towns, so that existence of bus Executive AKAP very precise because public transport
haves the character of mass. In this case oftenly changes it the price of Carriage Operation Cost
component causing the need of performing of evaluation of tariff. Purpose of this study haves an
eye to evaluates tariff based on Carriage Operation Cost applied the existing.

common passenger is region by Urban In Permanent Route and Regular.
From result of study is obtained by BOK average of equal to Rp 1.127.220.490/thn-carriage or
Rp 4250,45/km-carriage. While fundamental tariff Rp. 193,20/pnp-km, so is gotten tariff is paid
equal to Rp 190000/pnp.
