The Company was granted several networks andor services licenses by the Government which are valid for an unlimited period of time as long as the Company complies with prevailing laws and fulfills
the obligation stated in those licenses. For every license, an evaluation is performed annually and an overall evaluation is performed every 5 five years. The Company is obliged to submit reports of
networks andor services annually to the Indonesian Directorate General of Post and Informatics
