Kedelai adalah salah satu komoditas pangan utama sumber protein bagi
masyarakat setelah padi dan jagung. Kebutuan kedelai Indonesia terus meningkat
seiring dengan bertambahnya jumlah penduduk. Peningkatan kebutuhan kedelai
tersebut tidak diimbangi dengan peningkatan produksi kedelai sehingga dilakukan
impor kedelai dari negara tetangga. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk
menentukan komponen hasil yang paling berpengaruh terhadap hasil produksi
tanaman kedelai pada beberapa genotipe kedelai yang diamati menggunakan
analisis lintas serta untuk mengetahui genotipe terbaik pada empat genotipe
kedelai pada MK-2 tahun 2010. Manfaat dari penelitian ini adalah untuk
memperoleh informasi tentang komponen hasil yang berdaya hasil tinggi
berdasarkan pengaruhnya terhadap hasil produksi tanaman kedelai pada masingmasing genotipe kedelai yang diamati dan sebagai bahan pertimbangan bagi
peneliti yang ingin melanjutkan kegiatan pemuliaan kedelai.
Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Politehnik Negeri Jember, pada bulan Juli
2010 sampai Oktober 2010 dengan menggunakan pola dasar Rancangan Acak
Kelompok (RAK) Subsampling. Data hasil pengamatan dianalisis menggunakan
sidik ragam uji beda duncan pendugaan korelasi genotipik dan sidik lintas. Bahan
yang digunakan terdiri dari 4 genotipe kedelai yaitu Gepak Kuning, UNEJ-1,
Agromulyo, dan Grobogan. Pupuk terdiri dari pupuk Urea, Ponska sedangkan
pestisida yang digunakan adalah Decis 25 EC, Marshal, dan Furadan 3G. Alat-alat
yang digunakan antara lain cangkul, tali, plastik, ajir, alat tugal/gejik, hand
sprayer, roll meter, timbangan analitik, alat tulis, kamera, spidol dan alat
pendukung lainnya.
Hasil pengamatan menunjukkan bahwa jumlah buku merupakan sifat
komponen hasil yang menunjukkan nilai tertinggi yaitu memberikan pengaruh
langsung terbesar terhadap hasil produksi tanaman kedelai. Genotipe UNEJ-1 dan

Kedelai adalah salah satu komoditas pangan utama sumber protein bagi
masyarakat setelah padi dan jagung. Kebutuan kedelai Indonesia terus meningkat
seiring dengan bertambahnya jumlah penduduk. Peningkatan kebutuhan kedelai
tersebut tidak diimbangi dengan peningkatan produksi kedelai sehingga dilakukan
impor kedelai dari negara tetangga. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk
menentukan komponen hasil yang paling berpengaruh terhadap hasil produksi
tanaman kedelai pada beberapa genotipe kedelai yang diamati menggunakan
analisis lintas serta untuk mengetahui genotipe terbaik pada empat genotipe
kedelai pada MK-2 tahun 2010. Manfaat dari penelitian ini adalah untuk
memperoleh informasi tentang komponen hasil yang berdaya hasil tinggi
berdasarkan pengaruhnya terhadap hasil produksi tanaman kedelai pada masingmasing genotipe kedelai yang diamati dan sebagai bahan pertimbangan bagi
peneliti yang ingin melanjutkan kegiatan pemuliaan kedelai.
Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Politehnik Negeri Jember, pada bulan Juli
2010 sampai Oktober 2010 dengan menggunakan pola dasar Rancangan Acak
Kelompok (RAK) Subsampling. Data hasil pengamatan dianalisis menggunakan
sidik ragam uji beda duncan pendugaan korelasi genotipik dan sidik lintas. Bahan
yang digunakan terdiri dari 4 genotipe kedelai yaitu Gepak Kuning, UNEJ-1,
Agromulyo, dan Grobogan. Pupuk terdiri dari pupuk Urea, Ponska sedangkan
pestisida yang digunakan adalah Decis 25 EC, Marshal, dan Furadan 3G. Alat-alat
yang digunakan antara lain cangkul, tali, plastik, ajir, alat tugal/gejik, hand
sprayer, roll meter, timbangan analitik, alat tulis, kamera, spidol dan alat
pendukung lainnya.
Hasil pengamatan menunjukkan bahwa jumlah buku merupakan sifat
komponen hasil yang menunjukkan nilai tertinggi yaitu memberikan pengaruh
