ABSTRACT
This project papers is record for Online Financial Report. This document had
record the process of development for Online Financial Report system from beginning to
ending. UDA Holdings Berhad is one properties company in Bukit Bintang, Kuala
Lumpur, Malaysia. Online Financial Report is developed to enhance the existing system
financial report system in UDA Holdings Berhad and make financial report budgeting
plan process become more convenient and efficiencies. Currently, UDA Holdings Berhad
still doesn't have financial report system website. It is inconvenient to subsidiaries to
insert financial report information for their company. Beside, the existing manual system
also wasted the time and manpower to insert financial report information at UDA
Holdings Berhad for every month. This project is importance, as it is developed to
replace the existing manual financial report system with the computerize system and at
the same time to realized UDA Holdings Berhad toward paper Jess mission. Online
Financial -Report aim is to lighten the subsidiaries' burden and provide an easy way to
subsidiaries to insert financial report information on-line. RAD is chosen methodology to
develop Online Financial Report. The users of this system are Financial Department staff
of UDA Holdings Berhad and Subsidiaries of UDA Holdings Berhad. Subsidiaries can
user this system to insert fmancial report, update financial report, view report and view
graph financial report for their own company information. For financial department staff,
they can view report for all subsidiaries and view graph for all subsidiaries. As
conclusion, Online Financial Report can provide benefits to subsidiaries and financial
department staff in UDA Holdings Berhad.
