Analisis Pengaruh Proyek Plasma Hutan Tanaman Industri PT TPL Terhadap Pendapatan Petani Peserta di Humbang Hasundutan

Analisis Pengaruh Proyek Plasma Hutan Tanaman Industri PT Toba Pulp Lestari (TPL) Terhadap pendapatan petani peserta di Humbang Hasundutan di bawah bimbingan Bapak Prof. Ir. Zulkifli Nasution MSc, PhD (Ketua); lic. rer. reg Sirojuzilam, SE (Anggota) dan Drs Tuana Simamora MS (Anggota).
Keinginan masyarakat Kabupaten Humbang Hasundutan untuk meningkatkan pendapatan sangat nyata dengan keikutsertaan mereka dalam program Hutan Tanaman industri pola PIR yang dikelola PT Toba Pulp Lestari Tbk.
Penarikan sampel dilakukan dengan purposive sampel yaitu sebanyak 84 responden, berasal dari 6 kecamatan.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Proyek Plasma Hutan Tanaman Industri PT Toba Pulp Lestari Tbk mempengaruhi peningkatan pendapatan masyarakat. Peningkatan pendapatan masyarakat tersebut berkisar antara Rp 2.718.750,- hingga Rp 9.062.500,- setiap tahunnya.
Variabel penelitian lahan berpengaruh terhadap keberhasilan Hutan Tanaman Industri, Variabel penelitian pemeliharaan berpengaruh terhadap keberhasilan Hutan Tanaman Industri. Variabel penelitian hasil produksi berpengaruh terhadap keberhasilan Hutan Tanaman Industri.

Abstract Marco Taruli Parlindungan Panggabean, 2006, Analysis of The Effect of Industrial Planting Forest Plasma Project of PT. Toba Pulp Lestari (TPL) on Income of the Participating Farmers in Humbang Hasundutan under consultation of Prof. Ir. Zulkifli Nasution, MSc, PhD (Coordinator), Lic.rer. reg Sirojuzilam, SE (member) and Drs. Tuana Simamora MS (member) The willingness of community in Humbang Hasundutan Regency to increase in their income was very significant due to their participation in the program of Industrial Planting Forest in small-holder estate pattern managed by PT. Toba Pulp Lestari TBk The sampling was taken by using purposive sampling method involving 84 respondents resulting from 6 subregencies. The result of research showed that the project of Industrial Planting Forest Plasma of PT. Toba Pulp Lestari Tbk has a significant effect on the increase in income of the community. The increased income ranged from Rp. 2.718.750 to Rp. 9.062.500 yearly The variable of land has a significant effect on the success of Industrial Planting Forest, whereas the variable of maintenance has a significant effect on the success of Industrial Planting Forest. Finally, the variable of production has a significant effect on the success of Industrial Planting Forest.
