1- The Constitutional Law


The constitutional law is the set of legal
rules organizing the entity and structure of the
state, defining the system of government, and
regulating the relations among the public
authorities on one hand and between the
authorities and individuals on the other hand.




The rules of the constitutional law
defines the ordinary and political rights of the
individuals and lay down safeguards for their
freedoms.

2- The Administrative Law:
• Administrative law is a group of legal
rules that organizes the working of public
services.


It also governs the relationships
among the public employees and the
state, and determines the procedures of
the administrative disputes settlement.


3- Financial Law :
• Financial law is a group of rules
regulating
public
resources
and
expenditures which constitute the state
budget .
• Its main subdivision is tax law.
• Financial Law is concerned with three
Aspects :( Public Resources / Public
Expenditures / Public Budget ).

4- Criminal Law :
• It is a set of rules which define the
crimes
and
determine
the
punishments of the offenders who

were found guilty in these crimes.
• Criminal law comprises:
A- Penal law (whether public or private
section) .
B- .Law of criminal proceedings.

5- Public International law:
Public international law is a group of legal
rules regulates the relationships among
the states whether in peace or war, And
the relationships among the states and
the international organizations.
The Law interested in several matters Ex.
( Sovereignty / Independence / Domestic
Jurisdiction / Law of the Sea / state
responsibility ).

B- Private Law
• As we previously mentioned
that the Private Law :

is defined as a set of rules which
regulate the relationships among
individuals or relationships in which
the state is not a public authority
party.

The private law constitutes numerous branches
such as the following :
